That government shutdown, over illegals getting free healthcare and the like

When Elon Musk was in charge of DOGE we learned billions of dollars were being stolen by corrupt federal employees.

Congress is a syndicate. The Democrats proved that with this shutdown.
Apparently, they had a come to Jesus moment when LIHEAP was found to be losing funding. Which put people's lives at risk. Especially babies and children.

When children risk freezing to death, there's going to be a trouble for those responsible.

I still say it is the city, county, and states responsibility. The Federal Gov't is too slow to help and usually throws money at the problem and doesn't fix it.

I think that's an issue even at the State level.
Absolute power corrupts absolutely. And the love of money.....
