If you are a Christian, then you are a Saint, and you are going to Heaven.
What are the 2 reasons, that explain why?
1.) You are eternally forgiven.......and that means that your sin that use to separate you from God, has been dealt with by Jesus on The Cross, for all time.

Why?
"Because GOD hath made Jesus to be SIN. .....for us"... (The born again)
2.) You have been given God's Righteousness.
Why is this so important to understand?
Its because if you dont understand that you have been given "The Gift of Righteousness", then you will try to do that for yourself, and it can't be done.
See, a person has no righteousness of themselves.......so, trying to be righteous by works, is fooling yourself.
Listen,
Christ came here, to take care of ALL your sin, and to offer you His own Righteousness, = as a "GIFT" from God.
Now in the OT, David spoke prophetically about this ""gift of righteousness"" that God gives when we give God our faith in Christ.
Paul explains this as......our "Faith is counted by GOD...as (Christ's) Righteousness" = being imputed to us.
This is "the Gift of Righteousness".
David explained it as found in ROMANS 4.6.

= No works requried, because this is the GIFT of "imputed Righteousness"..
Now, if you want more of God.......more of God's Light that is En-lightenment, that is "revelation knowledge"... then you must renew your mind with the correct understanding of who you have become "IN Christ", as a "new Creation"
So, if you are born again and are not just a water baptized religious person who is vainly trying to save yourself by self effort......then you need to recognize How GOD sees you, at all times.....as that is REAL FAITH.
When you get your faith right....then God gives you more LIGHT and more GRACE.
A.) God sees you at all times as "made free from sin"..."having eternal life".....and having become "the rightesousness of God in Christ".
God always sees you as a '""new Creation"...... "born again".....and 'ONE with God".
Now you must get that same MIND....so that your mind and God's perspective of you, is the SAME mind.
Paul teaches that when believers have this same mind, then they have "unity of the Faith" and have become "as many as be perfect".
