"soon" , "near" for us is limited to the infinitely small window of time any one of us have here on this earth before we die.

When God says "soon" and "near" it can be a 1,000 years or more because that is a spec in time to Eternity

stay in prayer , stay glued in scriptures .
I have a trivia question with an answer .
How does one truly know if a man loves GOD .
Well He loves JESUS CHRIST .
And how does a man know if one truly loves JESUS CHRIST
WHOSE WORDS do they love and embrace .
DO they simply love the truth as it is written
OR DO THEY love how their men twisted such scriptures .
HOW COME and WHY COME , forgive the latter english but this brother is not happy at all with what i see in christendom ,
SO again HOW COME and WHY COME
do i see so very many who cant just love and enjoy the scriptures and learn and grow
BUT RATHER SEEM to sit under SO called well educated scholars , greek etc , hermes etc
WHO DO NOTHING but twist such lovely truth and make pages upon pages to EXPLAIN away the simple truth
of what was written .
THEY bring pages of greek , of hermes of context this and that , holleing exgiges
AND YET after what seems like about thirty minutes of talky t alky
THEY finally manage to explain ONE LITTLE sentence in that bible . AND YET
CAUSE THEY have lots of work to do to twist scrip .
BUT what i sa y to one i say to all . WHY NOT RATHER JUST BELEIVE what is written . Rather than

But why o why do i see so many even in christendom running to the marriage supper OF A HARLOT .

Have you ever considered the mark in / on their right hand and in / on their foreheads to be symbolic. Might this be symbolic for the same practice found in the Jewish faith where they wear the Teffilin?

They fulfill the mitzvah to “bind these words… on your hand and between your eyes” (Deut 6:8; 11:18; Ex 13:9,16). The problem is not about technology, tattoos, chips, AI, etc. etc... - - it’s about misunderstanding Scripture entirely. For example:

1.) You do not know who the Beast represents according to Scripture. The Beast is the collective body of the unregenerate people rather than a poltical or singular figure. In this case in Revelation 13, the second beast represents the false prophets and christs who are doing the will of the devil.

2.) You do not understand the spiritual meaning of the right hand in the Bible. The right hand symbolizes will, and authority — what a person does. (Ecclesiastes 9:10; Psalm 89:13; Isaiah 41:10). The mark in the right hand means people will be spiritually owned by he devil doing his will.

3.) You do not understand the spiritual meaning of the forehead in Scripture. The forehead represents the mind, belief, and allegiance — what a person thinks and believes. (Ezekiel 3:8–9; Revelation 7:3; Revelation 14:1). The mark on the forehead means people will think alike or agree with the lies of the Beast.

4.) You do not understand what it means to “buy and sell” with the mark. In Scripture, “buying and selling” often refers to spiritual exchange of God's Word or Satan's word — trading truth for lies, or faith for compromise (Proverbs 23:23; Isaiah 55:1–2). Those who take the mark will reject God’s truth and accept the Beast’s deception and sell it to those buyers who are deceived. Nothing to do with buying or selling physical foods or goods.

So no, it’s not about tattoos, chips, or AI. Those are distractions for the unspiritual mind. The mark of the Beast is about loyalty - - the INWARD allegiance to a false system opposed to Christ (Revelation 14:9–10). This only occur in the New Testament congregation of God where many professed Christians who have not yet sealed by God will be subject to judgment by doing the will of the devil since the rest of the world are already in devil's camp.

Until you understand Scripture spiritually, you’ll keep chasing physical signs and miss the real danger — spiritual deception.

At best it can be thought of as a negative/opposite version of that commanded practice. It also suggests the mark would be visible or at least detectable rather than just what you think in your mind and do with your hand like supporting the beast system in thought and action...it's likely more to it than that.
