...Ever since my youth there have been four Scripture passages that
I have associated together in my mind. They were first pointed out
to me by one of the men of God who taught The Word in those days,
but which one it was I cannot, for the life of me, recall.

WHAT THE BIBLE SAYS ABOUT ITSELF

The four passages referred to above are James_1:21, Titus_1:9,
Philippians_2:16, and II Timothy 2:15. In all of these the Bible
is called “The Word.” In each of them some statement is made
about the Word which indicates our responsibility to it as such...

well, that is a common belief, and i admit it is what is largely taught, but id like to suggest that you keep an open mind there, since Bible and Word are not definitively connected in any of those vv

I checked each of those verses and I have to disagree with your statement.

Logos is translated several ways …either the verse or the immediate context will determine its use and validity. Each of those verses denote the Word of God (Bible)

Jas 1:21, Tit 1:9, Phl 2:16, and 2Ti 2:15.

The following verse (along with several others in the Bible) would agree with your statement

Mat 5:37 But let your communication = (logos) be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil.

well, we also have a v about Paul “teaching them the Word,” but they didnt have the Bible yet,
Acts 18:11 Lexicon: And he settled there a year and six months, teaching the word of God among them.

“In the beginning was the Bible, and the Bible was with God, and the Bible was God” hmm

Denigration of the Bible by ridicule. Not good imo. No one said the Bible is God.

Much love!
well im more showing the likely denigration of Word, not denigrating the Bible
which i think many hold as God, whether they would like to admit that or not
