In response to the above,
1. Jesus said he would never leave or forsake us. He will not remove the holy spirit at the rapture, whether pre, pre-wrath, or post. The anti-Christ will not rule the entire planet. His reign is limited to his 10/7 alliance of kings and/or nations.
2. The tribulation has a purpose. It brings low the arrogance of man. It causes many to turn to Christ and helps purify the Church.
3. There is no need for the rebuilding or building of another Temple. Tribulation saints?? Since we are all going to be here to endure tribulation, I suppose we can be called "tribulation saints." They are NOT primarily Jews. They are all believers, Jew or Gentile.
4. The saints cannot go to heaven until after the resurrection. There isn't a verse that indicates that happens before tribulation. The rapture of the saints happens at the last and 7th trump, which is in Revelation 14.
5. I've never bought into Daniel's 70th week. The Church is mentioned in Revelation after chapter 3.
They are called saints, servants, fellow-servants, brethren, and martyrs, etc.
The church is the saints with whom the beast makes war with.
The church is the dead who die in the Lord.
The church is the chosen (Christians) and faithful of ch. 17.
The church is the Word of God, and for the testimony which they held:
The church is the great multitude, which no man could number!
The church is the those who have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the lamb!
The church is those who overcame the beast by the blood of the Lamb!
The church is those who keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ!
The church is those who would not worship the image of the beast!
I could go on. What's funny is that some pre-tribbers actually say the two candlesticks of Revelation 11 represent the church!
