I have a Jewish-Lawyer acquaintance who is fairly religious , quite intelligent , not afraid to listen to Christians , but is convinced The crucified Messiah is not predicted in the old testamentaspen said:I agree with you Arnie, but the literalist Jewish people, totally disagree. But he admits he is extremely puzzled about the story of Abraham sacrificing his one and only son
I think he sees the parallel when God sacrificed his one and only son
