"Fulfilling my new appointment as Donkey Sheriff"

Hebrews 11:1
Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.
*The Work of the Spirit *
(Phil. 1:6) “I am confident of this, that the one who began a good work among you will bring it to completion by the day of Jesus Christ” This hope we have found in the return of Christ and is noted as the continued work of the Holy Spirit in our personal experience of that assurance.
“Hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us” (Rom. 5:5 NASB)
This is important as there is nothing more concrete in evidence pertaining to promised salvation in a believer then the obvious indwelling of The Spirit, not only a life turned around but even his deeds baring fruit as he cultivates a mind always concerned over matters of a higher nature.
A.W. Tozer “Holiness, as taught in the Scriptures, is not based upon knowledge on our part. Rather, it is based upon the resurrected Christ indwelling us and changing us into His likeness.”
There is no greater evidence than a believer’s testimony. The Spirit’s work is evangelistic, one man’s testimony to the other, a true story of a life saved to inspire others to give thoughtful consideration as God knocks upon the door of their hearts, is it not time to contemplate one’s own eternal destination.
