My dream is that these two bears meet up in the same park some day:
LOL. Bears are not even supposed to go to the park. They be needing to preach Jesus.
I have dreams for my kids one day too. I hope I do right by them. I may never get these things, but I can teach them about God and take them to church too. We really need to start a savings fund for their college and things. Super hard to save.
My encouragement is to never ever make anyone think it is wrong to dream about having big things. Because God is faithful. The love of money is the root of all evil. A temptation and pitfall for many. So love Christ first and foremost and make Him above all of Your dreams. Heaven is a dream for me, but not as I hope to get there one day. I KNOW I am going there. :) And I rejoice in that promise.
You know, concerning vacations, when I was part of the world and had money and a house, then met God, I used to go to Cancun every year for 2 weeks. I began to go alone because my husband and family suddenly lost interest in going now that I wasn’t a fun party girl any more. And I would spend the entire 2 weeks on the balcony with God, looking at His ocean and reading and writing and learning. I was actually thankful no one wanted to go with me any longer as I would have had to go do all the tourist things they all wanted to do!
so one year there was a horrendous hurricane that tore Cancun to shreds. No one was allowed to even go to Cancun and all vacations were cancelled but my 2 weeks fell right after thanksgiving and it was the first week they let vacations resume. I was so relieved because I waited all year to be alone there.
There were no big palm trees and lush landscaping. There were just all these big, ugly concrete buildings with all the stucco blown off and not replaced yet again. It was squalid and very ugly. And I saw that the ocean was still there and beautiful but that once all the...artifices had been blown away, it was gross, just an illusion.
The next year when I returned they had it looking beautiful again but I couldn’t unsee what I had seen, that it was just miles of ugly concrete dressed up. I didn’t go back again and haven’t taken a vacation since then. I can relax quite sufficiently in my bedroom and don’t need artifice. I no longer crave to see “beauty” with my eyes. I don’t know, might not make sense to anyone but me, lol.

I can understand that. I always wondered What effect it would have in me to go to a place like Haiti one day. I'd probably go into ministry mode, but yeh... Some things just alter the perception

LOL I also remembered that it is another dream of mine to have a dog,.. maybe he or she could bark loudly enough and scare any bears away.
(Even though I really want a Beagle, but it's not the size of the dog in the fight that matters,.. it's the size of the fight in the dog. ;) )I used to think Disneyland, but really don't want to step into California.
What about virtually going there though? ;)

Not all bears are bad. Some have a nice disposition. :) Like circus bears, for instance.
It's like with Christians. You just have to figure out exactly what type of Christian you've gotten yourself into.

Good point,.. but are you aware how circus bears are treated?
I love VW beetles. When I was little we had a super beetle after they made their debut at dealerships.I would have chose this car instead of my truck back before kids. I had the opportunity, but the truck was a lot more helpful. I would still love to have a bug one day, just love them. But my next car will probably be a bigger one with two kids. Maybe in about 20 years. Lol :)
Now when I see a VW beetle I think how perfect their headlights would look with eyelashes added.

Well see, I didn't even dream about this, because I really don't clothes shop or care too much about clothes shopping. Pastor's wife gave me three bags of all these stylish clothes tonight. They are really cute and I just love them!!! I just kept wearing my maternity clothes because they were comfy, but now with nursing over and my old clothes kinda not fitting anymore, these. THESE. God is so good. :) I have some to give away also, but just feel super blessed. I normally just don't shop anywhere outside of Walmart. I just don't. IF I do.. ^_^ She is such a blessing though. She told me she hoped I wasn't offended. She was just downgrading and thought, well mom, my size, she might like to look. Just got a brand new updated look. :)

I was just watching an NSYNC video where they were shaking and slapping their booties,.. my dream,.. that I was in the audience. ;)
I did at one time in my life April_Rose. :) I had this thing for the Backstreet Boys and NSYNC both. But now I got a very handsome husband, though he would tell you he isn't.
