September 11, 2001 authenticated the opening of the first seal and Holy War.

And I saw and, behold a white horse; and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him, and he went forth conquering, and to conquer."

Some theories about the white horse and rider include, The RCC, the false prophet, the antichrist, the church, Michael the Archangel, Christ, the Holy Spirit, cold war, and my theory, "Holy War." The most common belief is that the white horseman represents the antichrist.

White is symbolic of "purity" and horses are often symbolic of "swiftness." In this seal the color white symbolizes the false purity of Islam and that the the Four Horsemen will pass swiftly or in a relatively short period of time.
Crowns
In Exodus 39 crowns were worn by high priest. They were a plate of gold that was tied around the head with a ribbon. The Persian's also wore crowns with a stone imbedded in the ribbon. As I researched crowns, I found that crowns developed into turbans. (Smith's Bible Dictionary and Strong's Lexicon) Most could not afford the gold plates and thus you have a turban.

The bow is an article of war and most people have no answer why this rider has no ammunition. It's a bit unusual for a warrior, even a jihad warrior, to carry a bow without arrows. It's also the item that I believe indicates that the four horsemen are of Arab/Islamic origin. One rider could be Ahmadinnijad who's a Persian but still Islamic.

A literal weapon would have been indicated here if the rider did have arrows but consider this...Maybe the rider himself is the amunition just as the jihad warriors of September 11 were. Arrow is translated "missile" and the 911 jihadist had no missile except the plane they were in! The literal meaning of bow has some strange and interesting research results and this is how I associate the four horsemen with Islam and the Arab's.

Bow
5115. toxon tox'-on from the base of 5088; a bow (apparently as the simplest fabric):--bow. At first it say's a bow. Then it mentions a simple fabric. I have seen some Greek lexicon's or root word translated as "bough". (Turbans?)

The word bow is from the base word tikto #5088,
1) to bring forth, bear, produce (fruit from the seed)
a) of a woman giving birth
of the earth bringing forth its fruits
c) metaph. to bear, bring forth

The bow may be indicative of the people that are conquering and to conquer. (Islam/Jihadist)
I think the bow symbolizes the Ishmaelites and the Hagarites. I discovered that there are only a few people in the bible where a bow is personally ascribed to someone. They are Esau and Ishmael. Ishmael is the fathers of today's Arab/Islamic mixture of people that we see currently engaged in an apostasy as well as holy war. Ishmael's offspring is today a mixture of the many Arabic tribes and clans and are symbolized by the iron and clay of Daniel 2. Muhammed is a descendent of Ishmael. And Easu is the father of the Palestinian's. Both want to see Israel completely destroyed.

The bow is symbolic of only a few things. One is "evil conquest and designs".
The other is that the Horseman's "bow" means to "struggle against much travail in order to obtain a goal." Remember that jihad is "a
struggle."
This seal describes what "holy war" is to a Muslim. "A struggle"and their mission....out to conquer the infidel and ultimately conquering the world.
In other places the bow is used metaphorically for strength and power. To "break" someones bow means to break his strength and overturn his power.
Elisha is said to have a bow of steel which denotes youth, vigor, and strength.
The heavenly bow is the rainbow.
The bow is also used of God's judgement.
Some say the bow is figurative of a counterfeit truth.

"Conquering and to conquer"

The word conquer is used extensively in the koran and the mission of the white horse rider is to "conquer" the infidel and the world and bring them into 'submission' to Islam. I'm convinced that the quote "conquering and to conquer" reflects Islam's conquest in "holy war," and possibly the Palestinian conquest.
Bin laden is the one who originally called for holy war in 1998. I believe he is the rider of the white horse as well as the false prophet. His ultimate goal is "the American Hiroshima!" The media has labeled bin laden as "the worldwide symbol of holy war." On one CNN special they said,
"Osama bin laden has been crowned as the worldwide symbol of Holy War"!

The towers came down at bin laden's command, at the hands of the jihadist, in the name of their false god Allah, and for the cause of holy war.
They believe they are doing God's will and we've been warned that a time is coming that "those that kill you will believe they are doing God's will!"
John 16:2 They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh,
that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service.
They believe that as part of their reward for commiting the abominations of the earth they receive as many as 72 virgins and 72 mansions in paradise. Their reward or number of virgins and mansions they get is dependent on the extent of the atrocity they commit.
They kill one another and are brother against brother just as the second seal describes. This is their personal "jihad" or inner struggle.

The white horse rider is a false christ and could be Muhammad but I think it's Osama bin Muhammed bin Laden. The four horsemen are Arab/Islamic end-time players.

In Strong's it says this about a seal....
d) that by which anything is confirmed, proved, authenticated, as by a seal (a token or proof)

The events of Sept. 11, 2001 are the authentication of the first seal.

It must be noted that Muslim's believe that Muhammed ascended to heaven on a white horse and will return on a white horse. Interestingly enough, Muhammed is also known by Muslims as "the seal of the prophets."

Bin laden is now considering whether or not he is Muhammad's prophecied "Mahdi."

The seals are given to us to help us determine the signs and sequence of events that will lead us into tribulation and the open scroll, and the eventual revelation of the man of sin.

Suicide bombers use some pretty horrific means to "conquer the infidel.
September 11 is the birthday of king Assad of Syria. Syria harbors a headquaters for every Islamic terrorist organization in the world. Damascus will become a ruinous heap.

I also believe the second seal has passed with Saddam and the Iraq war.
The first and second seal occured in quick sequence, I think that the third and fourth seal may also come in rapid succession and they aren't far off.

Isa 21:6-9
For thus the Lord says to me, "Go, station the lookout, let him report what he sees.
7 "When he sees riders, horsemen in pairs, A train of donkeys, a train of camels, Let him pay close attention, very close attention."
8 Then the lookout called, "O Lord, I stand continually by day on the watchtower, And I am stationed every night at my guard post.
9 "Now behold, here comes a troop of riders, horsemen in pairs." And one said,
"Fallen, fallen is Babylon; And all the images of her gods are shattered on the ground."

What other proof is there that the four horsemen are of Arab/Islamic origin? Read the entire chapter of Habukkuk 1.

Habukkuk 1 describes the Islamic followers of the beast and identifies them as Babylonian's.

Habakkuk 1:5 ¶Behold ye among the heathen, and regard, and wonder marvellously: for I will work a work in your days, which ye will not believe, though it be told you.

6 For, lo, I raise up the Chaldeans, (Babylonian's) that bitter and hasty nation, which shall march through the breadth of the land, to possess the dwellingplaces that are not theirs. (Islamic world domination) through demographics and terrorism)

7 They are terrible and dreadful: their judgment and their dignity shall proceed of themselves. (One version calls them an object of horror.)

8 Their horses also are swifter than the leopards, and are more fierce than the evening wolves: and their horsemen shall spread themselves, and their horsemen shall come from far; they shall fly as the eagle that hasteth to eat. (Muslim radicals are scattered all over the earth and bent on terrorism and world domination.)

9a They shall come all for violence:( jihad and terrorism)

9b
their faces shall sup up as the east wind, ( 5 times a day their faces sup up to the East as they face Mecca and bow to Allah!)

9c and they shall gather the captivity as the sand. (They are now the world's largest religion)

The little harlot's of Islam/Jihadist will commit the greatest abominations mankind has ever seen. One of the most primitive religions in the world will use some of the most sophisticated weapons in the world to halt the world's economy. They will bring the US, Europe, and the world to economic collapse and tribulation.

Listen to the words spoken in 2 Baruch 48: 37 in relevance to terror and Islam. "Envy shall rise in those who had no though of themselves, and passion shall rise in him who was peaceful. Many shall be stirred up in anger to injure many, and they shall rouse up all men in order to shed blood, and in the end they will all perish together."

2 Baruch 70: 2-8 say's " They shall hate one another, and they shall provoke one another to fight. Some of them shall fall in battle, and some of them shall perish in anguish, and some of them shall be destroyed by their own."

question? is there anywhere in the bible where white represents evil

In the original article I wrote about the first seal I said that in my view white symbolizes the false purity of Islam in Rev. 6:2. I edited that out as well as other things to shorten it. That is my view and I can't say that white has an evil element to it. It depends on what it's refering to.

I know that white horses were not used in battle because they stood out too much. They were used more for a 'victory ride' after winning a battle or war.
I associate white in the first seal as a false purity because I associate it with Islam and holy war. The more descriptive items in the seal is the bow, the crown, and "conquering and to conquer."

First off, Rev.6:1 does NOT tell us which seal is being opened. It is popularly assumed it is the first seal.

Rev 6:1
1 And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see.
(KJV)

Per the Revelation chronology, and that rider representing the antichrist/false messiah, that event cannot be the first seal, but a later seal.

We're given description of one riding a white horse. Our Lord Jesus returns on a white horse per Rev.19. So either the rider on the white horse is about Christ, or it is about an impersonator of Christ on a white horse. Comparing the crown and bow of Rev.6:2 with what Christ wears in Rev.19 points to an imposter in Rev.6:1-2, a fake.

I'd be very careful brothers and sisters about those beating a war drum against Islam while totally disregarding those who are joined with radical Islam, like Communist Russia and Red China, and even some Socialists in the West that are handing over power to them willy-nilly.

It's very possible the coming Antichrist may represent radical Islam, since Antiochus Epiphanes was from Syria, and serves still today as the best historical blueprint for the false messiah of Daniel 11 setting up the abomination of desolation in false worship.

Radical Islam is not acting alone, which ought to be obvious with Russia building their nuclear programs in Iran and Syria.

KaoticProfit doesn't like me pointing to Russia with this, but that's too bad, since the evidence of Russia's support to Islamic terrorists is plentiful. Russia is not a real U.S. ally, nor will it ever be. So don't count Russia out in the present development in Lybia either. Russia and Red China doesn't just sell arms, nuclear and missle technology to anybody. The good leaders in our U.S. Government don't either (no matter how much the Wall Street bankers love to).

I am and I'm not in not in agreement with the idea because we the US are just as guilty as Russia and maybe even more. Trading with these Arab/Islamic countries and giving regimes millions in foreign aid for their cooperation etc.. Can you imagine that just a few weeks ago we cancelled a sale of 70 armored personnel carriers to Libya. Selling military equipment to a known terrorist regime that killed American's is is an abomination. The kings of the earth fornicate with Islamic regimes throught trade and we are as guilty as any.

You say Russia "supports' terrorism I say the same is true about America.

First we have the seven church's...

http://www.christian...-per-gods-word/

At the end of each church age the lambs book of life is sealed with a seal... So there are seven seals in the lambs book of life...

And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof? - Revelation 5:2

And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon. - Revelation 5:4

If this were not the lambs book of life why the big deal?

The four horseman...

White...Went forth conquering and to conquer...The forces of democracy
Red...The great sword refers to the communist sickle on the red flag...The forces of communism
Black...Balances and the reference to oil points to inflation and high oil prices...The time in which we live
Pale...Death, hell, fathom, the sword, etc...Definitely the Anti-Christ

I think the four seals are more detailed than that. There's a rider on each who I think can be identified and believe they're all from the same area, people, and religion. They are Arab and/or Islamic.. In my view they are all notable people who are instrumental in bringing certain conditions and events to pass which will pass in a relatively short peoriod of time. It could be that the third seal is nexy to come, and the fourth to follow soon after. "Horsemen in pairs!"

The balances are symbolic of a yoke. Isaiah say's the Assyrian will impose a yoke upon Israel in the last days and Nebuchadnezzar could be the beast "that was" and return as the Assyrian in Saddam Hussein. Oh I know it sounds crazy but there is some strong biblical evidence for this. Let me ask you again. Do you really think they got the right Saddam? There were 5 Saddam's. If you were broke I can imagine finding you in a hole in the ground. But Saddam was rich. I say he's alive and he believes he's the reincarnation of Nebuchadnezzar. This is just my opinion and that may change.

The fourth seal describes the types of Islamic persecution brought upon the world and especially within the empire of the beast. Other than the first seal (holy war) the others seem to be more limited to the area of the Middle-East rather than global.

Well my view of the seals...in fact Revelation on the whole is that as stated in the first chapter, Christ is the revelator. He's showing what The Father gave Him to show to His servants. His testimony is the spirit of prophecy so what I do is look for His testimony to understand what He is saying. His testimony gives life to what we will read in Revelation. With that in mind, I look to where describes things that will occur. Like for instance in Matthew 24, Mark 13 and Luke 21.

1. He talks of false Christs and false prophets.... in Revelation I see.... a rider on a white horse going out conquering and to conquer.
2. He talks of wars and rumors of wars, world wars (allies) and ethnic wars....In Rev I see....a rider on a red horse of war
3. He talks of famines ....in Rev I see....a rider on a black horse with balances weighing out little food for high prices
4. He talks of petilence and disease .... in Rev I see.... a pale horse with death close by

The four of these kill 1/4 of the earth and Christ says it's only the beginning of sorrowful times.
