AT Pentecost, Acts 2.... Peter told the Jews "you have slain your Messiah".

The Jews replied...."sir, what must we do".

A.) "repent and be water baptized".

So, that is not for today.
As TODAY we have Paul's Gospel, that has no water baptism in it.
So, you might read more carefully, @brightfame52 , and find out what Paul's Gospel says......as it does not say...>>"repent and be water baptized".
Peter preached to the jews Christ crucified read Acts 2:23-36

23 Him, being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, ye have taken, and by wicked hands have crucified and slain:

24 Whom God hath raised up, having loosed the pains of death: because it was not possible that he should be holden of it.

25 For David speaketh concerning him, I foresaw the Lord always before my face, for he is on my right hand, that I should not be moved:

26 Therefore did my heart rejoice, and my tongue was glad; moreover also my flesh shall rest in hope:

27 Because thou wilt not leave my soul in hell, neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.

28 Thou hast made known to me the ways of life; thou shalt make me full of joy with thy countenance.

29 Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day.

30 Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up Christ to sit on his throne;

31 He seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption.

32 This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses.

33 Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear.

34 For David is not ascended into the heavens: but he saith himself, The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand,

35 Until I make thy foes thy footstool.

36 Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made the same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.

putting to death the deeds of the flesh is by the Spirit.

For if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live. Romans 8:13

Its always our will that must be engaged; joining our will with the will of God as two touching in agreement, then the enabling ability of the Spirit empowers us to reign over the enticing desires of the flesh.

God never forces us against our will.

we must choose to come in agreement with the Spirit.
Obeying the Truth is through the Spirit, obeying the Gospel which had been preached to them 1 Pet 1:22-25

22 Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:

23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.

24 For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away:

25 But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.

Peter always talks about obeying the Gospel 1 Pet 4:17

For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?

On 1 Pet 1:22

Your souls; i.e. yourselves; the whole person is implied, the soul being the principal part.

In obeying the truth; in subjecting yourselves to the truth of the gospel, by faith, to which the purification of the heart is ascribed, Acts 15:9, not only as to justification, and purging away the guilt of sin, but as to sanctification, and cleansing from the defilement of it: q.d. Seeing ye have begun to purify your hearts by faith in Christ, set forth in the gospel, and made sanctification to them that believe, 1 Corinthians 1:30.

Through the Spirit; by the operation of the Spirit working faith in you. Matt Poole

Until we are saved and given a new nature, our adamic nature is one of disobedience Eph 2:2

The bad news is that by nature we are under the control of a spirit of disobedience Eph 2:2-3

2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:

3 Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.

While in our adamic nature we cant obey God.

thank God we have a new divine nature now.

However we are instructed to add to our faith these things if we want to make our election sure.

But also for this very reason, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge, to knowledge self-control, to self-control perseverance, to perseverance godliness, to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love. For if these things are yours and abound, you will be neither barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. For he who lacks these things is shortsighted, even to blindness, and has forgotten that he was cleansed from his old sins.
Therefore, brethren, be even more diligent to make your call and election sure, for if you do these things you will never stumble; for so an entrance will be supplied to you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. 2 Corinthians 1:5-11

It’s the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Paul's Gospel is THE Gospel.

= Galatians 1:8

Before you die, you should do your best to discover what Paul's Gospel teaches....and you'll find out that there is no water baptism in it.

Yeah when one is saved. However one cant obey in the old nature of disobedience, So that destroys your philosophy that one must obey to get saved. Its an anti scriptural position.

sorry but the Gospel of Jesus Christ is the only Gospel.

And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come. Matthew 24:14

The same Gospel our Lord preached will also be preached at the end of the age.

Paul agrees -

in flaming fire taking vengeance on those who do not know God, and on those who do not obey
the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ
. These shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power, when He comes, in that Day, to be glorified in His saints and to be admired among all those who believe, because our testimony among you was believed.

The moment you believe is NOT when you're saved as you stated. All that believed in the scriptural records did more as did were told

The gospel also included a bit more. Read the account of the Ethiopian eunuch in Acts 8. Philip preached the necessity of baptism.
And the jews were told to also repent. So, putting the entire message together you get
1. Belief and faith
2. Confession of your belief
3. Repentance
4. Baptism for the forgiveness of sins
What does scripture say? Luke 8:12 - Those by the wayside are the ones who hear; then the devil comes and takes away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved.

John 3:18 - He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

Acts 13:39 - and by Him everyone who believes is justified from all things from which you could not be justified by the law of Moses.

Romans 1:16 - For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.

1 Corinthians 1:21 - For since, in the wisdom of God, the world through wisdom did not know God, it pleased God through the foolishness of the message preached to save those who believe.

Ephesians 1:13 - In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise.

According to scripture we are saved the moment we believe. By adding more "after" that you are adding to the gospel.

Your 4-step plan of salvation is out of order and is also the result of bad semantics and flawed hermeneutics. Repentance actually "precedes" believe/believe the gospel/faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.

Matthew 21:32 - For John came to you to show you the way of righteousness, and you did not believe him, but the tax collectors and the prostitutes did. And even after you saw this, you did not repent and believe him.

Mark 1:15 - The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God has come near. Repent and believe the gospel.

Acts 20:21 - testifying both to Jews and to Greeks of repentance toward God and of faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.

Confessing with our mouth that Jesus is Lord and believing in our heart that God raised Him from the dead are not two separate steps to salvation but are chronologically together. Romans 10:8 - But what does it say? "THE WORD IS NEAR YOU, in your mouth and in your heart" (TOGETHER) that is, the word of faith which we are preaching, (notice the reverse order from verse 9-10) - that if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; 10 for with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Confess/believe; believe/confess. So, confession is a confirmation that one believes unto righteousness and is not a work for salvation after one believes.

Water baptism "follows" salvation through. (Acts 10:43-47) In Acts 8:36-37, the eunuch asked what hindered him from being baptized and Phillip said if you believe with all your heart, you may. The eunuch answered, "I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God." Notice in John 20:31, we read - but these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in His name. He was saved when he believed and water baptism "followed." Water baptism is not a part of the gospel. (1 Corinthians 1:17; 15:1-4)

So, the only logical and Biblical conclusion when properly harmonizing scripture with scripture is that faith in Jesus Christ "implied in genuine repentance" (rather than water baptism) brings the remission of sins and the gift of the Holy Spirit (Luke 24:47; Acts 2:38; 3:19; 5:31; 10:43-47; 11:17-18; 13:38-39; 15:7-9; 16:31; 26:18) *Perfect Harmony*

Romans 10:16 - But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed our report?” We obey the gospel by choosing to believe the gospel. Romans 1:16 - For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek. So, we obey the gospel by choosing to believe the gospel by trusting in the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ as the ALL-sufficient means of our salvation. (1 Corinthians 15:1-4)

Not according to the NT.

Read this Verse., carefully.

Galatians 1:8

Is Matthew in the New Testament?

Is 2 Thessalonians in the New Testament?

And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come. Matthew 24:14

The Gospel of Jesus Christ, the Gospel of the Kingdom that He preached will be the same Gospel that will be preached in these last days and to the end of the age.

in flaming fire taking vengeance on those who do not know God, and on those who do not obey
the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ
. 2 Thessalonians 1:8

Their is no other Gospel.

We obey the gospel by choosing to believe the gospel.

Believing in our heart is the believing part.

Confessing with our mouth Jesus as Lord is the obeying part; obeying the command to repent.

that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9

Confessing with our mouth the Lord Jesus is how we repent; turn to God

Turning to God means turning away from Satan as our Lord.

They way we do this is by confessing Jesus as Lord.

Words of Christ in red.

I will deliver you from the Jewish people, as well as from the Gentiles, to whom I now send you, to open their eyes, in order to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Me.’

“Therefore, King Agrippa, I was not disobedient to the heavenly vision, but declared first to those in Damascus and in Jerusalem, and throughout all the region of Judea, and then to the Gentiles, that they should repent, turn to God, and do works befitting repentance. Acts 26:17-20

Believing in our heart is the believing part.
Believing in our heart is unto righteousness. Just as we see in Romans 4:5, "his faith is accounted for righteousness."
Confessing with our mouth Jesus as Lord is the obeying part; obeying the command to repent.
Choosing to believe the gospel is the obeying part. Romans 10:16 - But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed our report?” Nothing there about confessing.
that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9
Confessing with our mouth the Lord Jesus is how we repent; turn to God
Confessing with our mouth that Jesus is Lord is a confirmation that we have repented and believe in our heart that God has raised Him from the dead. Hence, turn to God. For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.” (Romans 10:11) There is divine influence or direct operation of the Holy Spirit in the heart of a person when confessing Jesus as Lord. This confession is not just a simple acknowledgment that Jesus is the Lord (even the demons believe that), but is a deep personal conviction that Jesus is that person's Lord and Savior.
Turning to God means turning away from Satan as our Lord. The way we do this is by confessing Jesus as Lord.
The way we do this is by being sanctified by faith in Christ. (Acts 26:18)

You forgot to highlight they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Me.
“Therefore, King Agrippa, I was not disobedient to the heavenly vision but declared first to those in Damascus and in Jerusalem, and throughout all the region of Judea, and then to the Gentiles, that they should repent, turn to God, and do works befitting repentance. Acts 26:17-20
When we repent "change our mind" and place our faith in Jesus Christ for salvation (Acts 20:21) we have turned to God. Doing works befitting repentance is how we demonstrate our repentance, and these works are the fruit of repentance. (Matthew 3:8)

Then know and understand that interfaith IS OF ANTI CHRIST .
Who is a liar mailman dan .
he who denies JESUS IS THE CHRIST , he is anti christ .
Yet i seen what i seen them popes and others doing saying and implying to all the false relgions
as well as more and more of christendom.
WE EITHER MAKE OUR LAST STAND NOW for the one true gospel or prepare to wail ON JESUS day .
Cause we cannot sit at the table of CHRIST and of ANTI CHRIST . we have to flee the table of anti christ .
Cant sit at both . all who do so will surely and sorley wail on HIS DAY , THE DAY OF THE LORD .

Their is no other Gospel.

Paul's Gospel has no water in it.

Also, your verse talks about "the end will come"...

So, that is the End of the Tribulation.......

We are not in the Trib.........we are in "the time of the Gentiles"......and the Gospel for this "time".........is Paul's Gospel., and any other is "CURSED">.

Galatians 1:8

Now........The "Kingdom" gospel, is reserved for the Trib......and once the Trib ends, the Gospel of the Kingdome is OVER, as the Millennial Reign of Christ has started.
