I once spent a couple of weeks on a limited access floor of a hospital and my wife informed them I needed a non gluten diet . So that is what I got but not necessarily what I wanted
. One day a grilled cheese sandwich and french fries shows up for my lunch and I thought "cool ! something different for a change" and this happened again a few days later .Upon walking to the other end of the hall after lunch one day I overhear a not so nice patient raising cane about not getting the right food for lunch , I guess our plates got swapped more than once
. I did not register a complaint LOL .
