* My then girlfriend (now wife) and I went to see the movie on our first date. Bad choice on my part. I was unaware that she can’t stand the sight of snakes, nor was I aware that there were snakes in the movie. It wasn’t immediately clear to me after the movie if there would be a second date or not! She later learned that engineering students are, generally speaking, good planners - and the rest is matrimonial history. *
