I am 66 and when I was a kid, I watched violent movies, cops and robbers, cowboys and Indians, wars, but I did not interact/participate in them. It wasn't me doing the killing. Today, they are killing people fir fun."Previous research has found little evidence of a connection between violent video games and real-life violence
How this
said research can say that this does not have a psychological affect on kids nor does it devalue the sanctity of life nor teach immorality, is beyond me.
Right. Parents who own guns should have them locked up and face penalites for such negligence if their sons gain access and commit a crime .mental illness and/or easy access to guns, are more likely explanations for mass shootings."
Mental illness that leads to murder is behavioral. Criminals get off pleading mental illness or insanity as if it was not their fault. I don't agree with these laws. One is mentally disturbed/sick, who murders others. The twinkie defense can't work, nor should any said biological excuse be made. Murder is murder. Shall we just charge normal responsible people only. Wasn't Ted Bundy and John Wayne Gacy just normal, responsible neighbors who had a job and a friendly smile? It is a spiritual war inside they have been defeated by more than a biological one.
