In other words – it’s NOT based on any class of people that they can refuse – just certain procedures that they don’t agree with – such as abortions, genital mutilations, providing puberty-blockers, breast removals, castrations, etc. –

"Protections of Medical Conscience; Providing that health care providers and health care payors have the right to opt out of participation in or payment for certain health care services on the basis of conscience-based objections; providing requirements for a health care provider’s notice and documentation of such objection; providing whistle-blower protections for health care providers and health care payors that take certain actions or disclose certain information relating to the reporting of certain violations; prohibiting boards, or the Department of Health if there is no board, from taking disciplinary action against or denying a license to an individual based solely on specified conduct, etc."

We don’t call those who disagree with Catholicism “anti-Catholic.” We reserve that appellation for people like Trevor Noah and Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, both of whom earned their stripes by making patently anti-Catholic comments. Gay writers and sympathizers ought to be just as careful in discussing Christians who simply hold to traditional views of marriage.

The Law allows for ANY medical professional from the hourly staff at a nursing home to a nurse to a psychologist to a speech therapist to refuse to serve people. But the law also states that the only people they can legally refuse to provide medical care for is LGBT individuals.
