I understand the conversion rationale. But in context of the events involved those conversions are non applicable - otherwise - everything would be expressed as 1260 days.
The woman turned prostitute is the church at Rome, that later evolved into the Vatican. The ten kings will be ten EU leaders, who in the days of the beast king's rule, will burn the Vatican to the ground.
The two witnesses will be in Jerusalem, not Rome, and will not be in league with the Vatican.
The beast that ascends out of the abyss which hates the prostitute ,attacks and kills the two witnesses.
If the city of Rome has been reigning over the ten horns as you claim,then how is it that the two witnesses are the ones who have power over the ten horns for those 1260 days and not Rome?
The beast which attacks the great city that reigns over the kings, is the same beast which attacks and kills the two witnesses that have had power over them.

I've seen some people try to say the1260 days are years even when the scripture says it is 42 months.
To make no mistake,the scripture gives the exact amount of days as it does months and they are the same.
You believe it is a white cumulus cloud that is accompanied by an earthquake.
How many cumulus clouds have you witnessed were accompanied with an earthquake?
If the answer is none,then you are obviously wrong.

The cloud is in the sky above the earth. There is no connection.
Go look up weather clouds on google and learn what forms them and what they are made of.
Then go look up earthquake. Clouds do not cause earthquakes.

Yes,there is a connection.The great earthquake is connected to the cloud that departs from the earth.
Revelation 6

13 And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.

I will give you yet another hint but you should already have this memorized.The earthquakes and the great signs in the heavens such as the cloud ascending into heaven takes place when kingdom comes against kingdom.Do you not know what kind of cloud departs from.earth as a scroll rolled together and is accompanied by a great earthquake?

The great earthquake and cloud ascending into heaven from Jerusalem is caused after kingdom comes against kingdom.

These gentiles and the two superiors will occupy Israel for 42 months.

Then you can stay with your fairy tales and forget trying to understand God's Word, because Christ is Who put that comparison there in Rev.11 between a SOLAR year reckoning (1260 days), vs. a Lunar year reckoning (42 months).
And a SOLAR YEAR is... just a little longer than a Lunar year, whether you want to believe that or not.
