Rules preceding this were absurd enough. Charging for visitors? Really?
They are maneuvering the public into opposing Christianity and the family unit.
They will say this is coming from the radical conservatives who want to use the bible and thump it on your head.
They will accuse us of trying to regulate the bedroom.
All this to cause more division and to point the finger at those they want removed.
Beware the tactics of satan. He flips everything upside down and we become the accused because somebody said something.
And it's usually the ones protesting too much that begin the spin.

If you read the article you will see that this is not a law over here, it’s not coming from the government but people who rent out rooms. A landlord can place restrictions into a contract, it’s legally binding and down to the individual landlord, that’s always been the case.
I would still prefer to live here in the U.K. than in The USA , Its true things are not all good here , but nowhere in the world is free from decline right now, including the USA !

I think if you read the comments here you'll see that no one stated this rule is a law there.
I'm grateful to live in America. No country is perfect however, in the U.S there's still time to stop our government from turning America into what yours has become thus far.
Ziggy stated that this is what government are doing, I was just making the point that this wasn’t happening in this particular case.
As for the US turning into what our country has become, you do realise that we have often followed in the USA footsteps. I think you would need to give more of an example as to what you think we have become ……

By the way @BlessedPeace I am not looking for a quarrel over which country is best ect, just curious about what you think we have become. Me saying I would rather live here than in the US is based on many factors, one of which is that the U.K. is a small island in comparison , the USA is just so big.
Also I have always been grateful for our social healthcare, I don’t have to worry about insurance or money if I get sick. If I lived in the US I would be in the lower income group. Despite what either of us thinks, there are good things in both countries and neither of us can truly know how it feels to live in each others countries. Xx

Conservatives have a long history of fighting housing discrimination laws. less than half of the states have laws protecting LGBT people from housing discrimination.
In Texas landlords can refuse to rent to unmarried couples. A home owner in Indiana can refuse your legitimate purchase offer if they find out you have been divorced.
Democrats in America created slavery.
Republicans freed the slaves.
Later,Democrats passed laws to enslave them in other ways.
