I have prepared the harmony of the Gospels and did found - almost by accident - a curious thing on the Gospels in conection with the number 3. I really dont know why or what is the meaning but I did found as proven truth the three times rule (3TR).
The 3TR consis in that all teachings of Jesus and all fact happening to Jesus or do by Jesus hapens in a number of 1, 3 or plenty. There is facts as the dead and resurrection that did hapens only one time. Some others ñlike healing did hapens many times. And there is a constant ocurrence of thing hapening 3 times. Never in a number of 2 or 4, 5 and even 6. Only one single time, 3 times and plenty times.

Same with the teachins of Jesus. He did say thing only once, or three, or plenty. Never in number of 2, 4, 5 or 6.

It have been 5 views. that is above my expectation. i promess for the next days to give you good examples. Here goes one.

After I realized the fact of the 3TR, even I was not understanding - not even today - why it is such 3TR; I was at a bible study at the church. And the topic was to love God...and to love your neighbourg... You know the all thing. Then seat in my chair I say: oh, oh, that is two teaching; to love God and to love the neigborg; it have to be a third teaching, otherwise the 3TR is not in efect. Eventually I found it. It is to love one the other...

Jesus was teaching who to love and how to love. Love God above all things and love the neiborg as your self. Then at the end of his mionistry, in John, Jesus is saying to the disciples: I will give you a new comand (like in addition ton the previous two) The command is loving each other as i did loved you. Who to love and how to love. The 3TR was conformed one more time.

I think that the best example of what the number three means is:

Isaiah 6:3 "And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the LORD of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory."

Revelation 4:8 "And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come."

It denotes that God is the maximum degree of holy. That seems to be the way it is applied in the book of Revelation.
