That's the point; the Constitution doesn't say anything about abortion. Therefore, it's up to the states, really the people, to decide. I'm not saying we should accept it just because a state or even the majority may support abortion. I'm saying we should be the ones to fight against it and not be armchair Christians.

Looking at the constitution, I saw no right to kill others! example:
“The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.”
In other words the rights of babies in the womb are protected! The constitution should not be used to infringe and deny the rights of others.
Or this... “Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.”
Having a bay burned or hacked to pieces is cruel punishment etc
How dare cruel and cowardly judges misinterpret documents!
We are slowly winning on this issue, and the overturning of RvW is proof of that. There's quite a few states that have banned abortion, the most recent being Arizona. Change is in the air, but these things take time. Our number is not up yet.
I hope you are right. Worldwide, the trend is still the opposite.
