His “successor’s” have jumped on board…Keeping the Disney “Name”….but corrupting it’s Original Reputation.
We can look back at the invention and popularity of TV and it’s role in targeting children as their primary audience…
Highlighted with “animation”, widely called “cartoons”….Major production companies have started, (established their intent, wholesomeness) aired, bought, sold, and with the change in ownership, discovered the change in “INTENT”… Often innuendo’s on the down low of wholesomeness and today, outright many (“cartoons” and “supposed geared toward children”) scream in your face not wholesome.
When movies, home viewing with devices became Popular, I knew other parents who had the “whole” library of every kids available films…Disney, Warner Bros. Blah, blah…if it was labeled “FOR KIDS”…they had it…Parents didn’t watch them…they were intended for “in house” kid sitters.
Ya…uh no…I could see the line moving little by little….through the years…Kids cartoons, Animated movies, Kid geared sit-coms….
GAG.
Loud, Flashing, Dialogue disgusting, name calling, rude, disrespectful, even on into interactive “games”…whereby you can WIN a high score for killing teachers!! And the laugh tracks teaching kids that behavior is funny and acceptable…
NOT.
We didn’t raise our kids with exposure to that “supposed” latest and greatest nonsense.
AND now we see a generation of toddlers, youths, young adults with this odd perverse mind-set as their Norm… with the giggles and encouragement for their behavior being demanded to be Tolerated…and Accepted…
