You the part where it says everyone is equal in the eyes of the law. If you are saying it's OK to discriminate agaisnt a particualr gruop then you are saying they are not equal in the eyes of the law and ignoring the constitution.

No they echoed past ruling that said marriage and self determination is a fundamental right and as such can't be denied to anyone just because of who they are. It was basically the same ruling as in Loving V Virginia some 45 years earlier

Maybe because it's not a choice.

Religion is a choice and that is protected.

And brought back a segregation.
Should a Muslim web designer have to make a website for a Christian wedding?

Really? I live in Montgomery and I haven’t seen any businesses close their doors to black people since the ruling. We’re still working side by side where I work
All it takes is for a business owner to declare that serving black people or the handicapped or anyone really infringes on their right to practice their religion.

Go to a Muslim baker and ask them to cater a gay wedding. Your being disingenuous
I remember a few years ago a right wing pod caster went around to a few dozen Muslim bakeries in the metro Detroit Area. He claimed that 3 of those bakeries refused him service and declared that some sort of moral victory about the intolerance of Muslims. But Journalists followed up and the story and went to the three bakeries he named. And...surprise surprise the podcaster lied. If i remember right the first bakery only baked bread. The manager there did refer him to his cousins bakery who would be happy to have him as a customer. The second bakery did cater weddings but they only provided traditional Lebanese food. Wedding cakes are not a Lebanese tradition. They still did offer to cater his wedding. The third bakery he siad refused him had him on camera picking out the cake and placing an order and they had the order recipt with his signature on it even though he called them 10 minutes later to cancel his order.

yes the equal protection of the law.
And Title II of the civil rights act concerns public accommodations: "All persons shall be entitled to the full and equal enjoyment of the goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages, and accommodations of any place of public accommodation, as defined in this section, without discrimination."

This is why segregation WAS illegal.
Public accommodation has nothing to do with "same sex marriage that is the subject"

No place in the constitution does it protect sexual choice, you deviate from your claim and the topic with distraction "Why"?

Which makes the rule, no shirt, no shoes, no service, illegal?

A guy made news once wearing just that into a store. Shirt and shoes.
It didn't go over well. :Broadly:

What was the Supreme Court's ruling in the Masterpiece Cakeshop case?

In a 7–2 decision, the Court ruled on narrow grounds that the Commission did not employ religious neutrality, violating Masterpiece owner Jack Phillips's rights to free exercise, and reversed the Commission's decision.

Do they have the right to refuse if it violates their conscience?
Healthcare workers, physicians, are able to invoke a conscience clause. This allows them to refuse service based on their religious conviction.

Pharmacists have been under a CC for years.

and who put this Supreme Court together?
I know Donald J. Trump nominated and saw appointment of 3 conservative justices, (Gorsuch) who wrote the majority opinion (Kavanaugh) and (Barrett) a good thing, thank you Jesus!
