Something needs to be done.I think this is headed for another lawsuit that makes it to the Supreme Court. You can’t just discriminate for any reason you wish
We have men 8nsizting on their Trans right to compete with and against actual women in sports.
This happens in public government funded schools and on the professional circuit.
Years ago a man was even allowed to compete in MMA fighting against women. That was short lived.
This also allows for a breach of women's personal privacy and safety in locker rooms and the showers.
You'll notice though that you don't see mentally afflicted women who claim to be men pushing for the same access in pro sports. Or even that often in public school athletics.
So this latest matter, public accommodations, is just another hurdle but certainly is less crucial.
The so called alphabet community will take a mile now that SCOTUS gave them an inch with the state marriage ruling.
Personally, I don't have an issue with their being granted a civil marriage state contract. That's Caesars domain.
Every Christian knows they are not nor ever shall be married in the eyes of God.
Rather that butting our heads against that 14th amendment ruling, we may wish to pursue our right to be married according to the dictates of God.
Because as it stands now, without that civil union state marriage license Christian wedded couples are not able to avail themselves of the rights and privileges afforded the state of marriage.
We should be able to segregate ourselves as people of faith so to enter into marriage without entering into a state contract. Especially so that we are not aligned with the abominable union afforded homosexuals by the state. When that Union is for identity by the tenets of our faith.
And yet, that 14th amendment and the first should allow us to be married according to the covenant of God.
And just as a pastor or some authorized state vested person who today performs a marriage and signs that state license accordingly, so too should that apply for a religious certificate of marriage. Separate and apart from that which validates the sins of homosexuals.
I also don't have a problem with public businesses serving homosexuals and trans afflicted.
Imagine the wave if that became a right for all people in business who are religious.
Orthodox Jews refuse to service women clad in attire they object to. Homosexuals would have a payback field day. Sharia fueled Muslims too. Those type harass non-Muslim women today. (Dearfield Michigan=little Saudi Arabia USA,)
