My biggest problem with Trump's actions are he didn't brief anyone in Congress about his plans to do this; he just went in like John Wayne and started blowing up stuff. If he can do it in Venezuela, who's next? I'm also virtually certain this is going to help Trump's bottom line somehow.

1. You mean leaky congress? How many servicemen did you want to die because some libtard called to let them know we were coming
2. Blowing stuff up? They said they bombed an airport that was not being used and a military base..

I have mixed feelings about this. On one had I see the necessity of stopping the influx of drugs and the elimination of their funding the terrorist regime in Iran. On the other, what prevents our adversaries from doing the same thing? Trump declared the western hemisphere our turf. What is to prevent China from doing the same and taking over Taiwan? Can we condemn Russia's invasion of Ukraine? What's your thoughts on this?

These are all imperial matters. What stops a country from misbehaving is getting spanked, i.e., the cost is not worth the return - in treasure or blood. The effective use of violence always rules the world and explains why the very first thing our Lord will do upon his 2nd Coming is destroy his enemies.

It also explains why Islam and China are ascendant and the West is in decline. Do you think China would tolerate no kings protests or judges deciding against the State to carry out its laws in efficient fashion?

Why are you so quick to ascribe evil to anyone?

Why NOT try to gain Greenland?

They have resources and a lot of bruised feeling by Denmark's treatment of them.

Denmark is not always the easiest nation to deal with and following EU rules for mining, refining, labor contracts, and military base setups are convoluted and practically impossible to follow.

Also....there will be a need for a coal fired power. Not diesel or Natural gas generation. That's outside the rules for the EU. Coal with scrubbers are quick, easy, clean, and inexpensive. (No mercury/Sulphur contamination)

The biggest PITA is the gypsum leftover from burning coal.

What we are talking about is more freedom economically and logistically for Greenland. Sure, there's some risks for them. But the risks of being static are more extreme.
