So if Trumps entitled to take Greenland, Chinas entitled to take Taiwan, Russia is entitled to fully annex Ukraine, and North Korea may feel entitled to invade the South. I mean, if the US expects everyone else to abide by the same rules they do, it could become a free for all, take what you want as long as you can convince yourself you have a justified view for doing so. You're not considering intention.
What is the intention of the US for "buying" Greenland, removing a dictator from VZ, for offering Canada to become part of the US?
Look at a map.
Location and defense are important, but let's look a little deeper.
Greenland is unprotected from whomever lands on her shores. Denmark sent a dog sled for reinforcement. If Russia or China wanted to bully them who would stop them? Should we go to war with Russia or China to defend Greenland? There are only 30k people living in Greenland. Not much resistance if someone wanted to occupy and drain their resources. Set up strategic military bases which could attack both the US or Europe.
Imagine Russia not only coming down from the North but attacking from the Atlantic as well. Europe would have to defend itself on two fronts and protect Ukraine at the same time? yeah, I don't see that happening.
China on the other hand is more savvy. Their strategy is more technical. They could control communications between the US and Europe.
They could control trade routes and goods moving across the ocean really putting a pinch in our supply chains.
You think the cost of food is high now. Imagine no International trade without China's permission and toll tax. You would wish you had Trump's tariffs back.
Greenland is much closer to the Western Hemisphere than it is to the east. We can defend the country and the sea a lot easier from that location. And what would Greenland get out of the deal? The American Trade Mark. Made In America. And what happens when things are made in America. No Tariffs. So we will be able to distribute to Greenland without any tariffs. They could sell us their oil and make lots of money and turn that cold tiny continent into a really nice place to visit and go skiing. Hospitality, Ski Lodges... JOBS. Good wages.
And Safe under the US protection. The Golden Dome.
VZ didn't have a President, it had a dictator who controlled the people with an iron fist and starved them.
They were attacking our country through irregular warfare. Which means killing us slowly through drugs used as ammunition instead of bullets. The fraud and the cartels robbing us dry with the blessings of our own corrupt government. (Just a little longer, hold the line)
They invaded our country with human smugglers and drug dealers and gangs like Tren de Aragua and MS13. Moving in, taking over property, raping our girls.
VZ is both location and Liberation for the people of VZ. It is in the Western Hemisphere and the US has claimed authority to defend it since the 1800's. (The Monroe Doctrine, and later the Truman Doctrine)
No dictators, no drug lords, no communism. Human Rights, Fair elections, Make VZ Great Again.

Let's take a weird scenario.
China moves in on Greenland shutting down communications from King Charles on the other side of the pond. The EU is tied up in warfare with Ukraine. Putin moves his troops to the Bering Strait.
You know who also is on the Bering Strait? Alaska. That's in the USA. And the only ones able to protect Canada from being invaded by Russia and prevent communications disruption to their "King". (No Kings, lol, what a joke) by China (if they get control of Greenland)
No Trade wars between Canada and US, No Tariffs. Free travel.. no passports needed. And they have the full protection under US Law.
Now, consider the intentions on China and Taiwan, Russia and Ukraine, N and S Korea.
What do you believe their intentions are?
Do you think they want to liberate and free the people that are already free and democratic as they are now?
Do they have the people's protection in mind or just their own?
Do they want to prosper or control those countries, and why?
Strategic offence for military excursions?
I don't know what their intentions are for the Eastern Hemisphere. But we have our intentions already written in American Doctrines that we declared to the world over 200 years ago.
So please don't compare the US intentions with whatever other countries intentions might be.
We will defend Taiwan and (sadly) Ukraine and even S Korea as long as they remain friendly and democratic countries.
We will always fight for Liberty and Justice for All.
Somehow I don't feel that same sentiment in other communistic dictatorial and fascist countries like Russia, China, or N Korea.

It looks like even Iran is having a bit of a revival. I am praying for their freedom and their liberty.
The Western Hemisphere, including Cuba and Columbia and Honduras and even Mexico will at some point all come under the protection of the Golden Dome.
They will still have their sovereignty and independence, but they can't have bad people in positions of power that use the people for their own sadistic gain. We won't tolerate that in our back yard.
God is moving in mysterious ways, and I'm not standing in his way. Just be an observer and watch history in the making.
