Using corporal punishment to discipline kids

Oh wow these are some wonderful ideas.

Just a little story. When I taught IT to senior students, the school installed a computer lab with all the latest gizmos. One thing the students didn't know about was that the teacher could see all their screens from his monitor and he could control their computers.

It was quite funny to see students' faces who were playing games on their computer and all of a sudden the mouse would lock up or what they had on their screen suddenly disappeared. They tried to fix it and when they couldn't they would look at me and wonder if they should ask me for help and have to admit they were doing what they should have not been doing and not realising I already knew.

So our rivalry with the poms goes much deeper than the Ashes cricket tests.
Just trying to imagine it, i can see the poms being stuck up towards the Aussies from the start.
The stigma of "convicts" took centuries to wear off. Ive known quite a few poms and rarely did i hear em say that.

One time me and a few mates were having a drink at a bar and our pomy mate called us convicts
So my mate said "and you decided to come here off your own accord and socialize with convicts" hahahah then we proceeded to remind him how boring England is with their weather and pale skin and how crap their sports teams. LoL. We piled it on him. All tongue and cheek but they have good sense of humor the poms



Its so sad. I was talking to a millennial once and criticizing their generation and he ripped out the best argument i've heard.
He said its your fault. I said what do u mean, I'm gen x. He said well its gen x and boomers that taught us in the first place, parents and teachers.
And he is 100% right, not me personally but the leaders of our era, especially the conservative ones. Why, for example, is the national broadcaster a left wing propaganda channel, and why are all our teachers hippies like typical socialists that love working for the state... Conservatives are known for being too quite

I would of loved to gone to the UK and seen it all, to old now.
I come to love poms or I can't stand some as they really get on my goat.
I could not care about convicts, I don't idolise them like many do nowadays, it's pride thing now to claim such.

It's the Media in the main that has worked to bastardised the majority of people nowadays and the people are to scared to stand up to them, they live in fear of them and their power. they will destroy anyone's lively hood. twist what one is truly saying and all, they have an army of people who have learnt the art of twisting anything around and it's not live TV, so they can cut bits out and add bits where they want. the Simpsons exposed such real well in one cartoon. they have millions of dollars to deal with anyone and a army of lawyers who work for them 24/7.
Look at Q and A program how they just shut down any real debate going in depth, I know of so many people who have just given up on watching it. it's nearly Jerry Springer show, I think that was what it was called and then now we have that dribbling moron woman Alan degenerate that took over from that clown opera, these people are all plants ! working to turn people into mushrooms, I am sure.

Did u get spanked? Do u spank your kids? When and how do u use corporal punishment?

What are some alternative disciplinary techniques?

Physical discipline should be used in moderation. EX: slapping a child's hand when they are about to put it on the hot burner of a stove after you have told them NOT to touch it because it's hot.
