I think so.

ESV John 19:

23 When the soldiers had crucified Jesus, they took his garments and divided them into four parts, one part for each soldier; also his tunic. But the tunic was seamless, woven in one piece from top to bottom.
garments
ἱμάτια (himatia)
Noun - Accusative Neuter Plural
Strong's 2440: A long flowing outer garment, tunic. Neuter of a presumed derivative of ennumi; a dress.

G2440 (outer garments) is the direct object of the verb "took".

Then, what was his tunic?

tunic [remaining]. χιτῶνα (chitōna) Noun - Accusative Masculine Singular Strong's 5509: A tunic, garment, undergarment. Of foreign origin; a tunic or shirt.

The G5509-tunic was a single-piece undergarment. It is also the direct object of the verb "took".

NIV:

23 When the soldiers crucified Jesus, they took his clothes, dividing them into four shares, one for each of them, with the undergarment remaining. This garment was seamless, woven in one piece from top to bottom.
The soldiers took his outer garments and undergarments.

Wiki:

While a crucifixion was an execution, it was also a humiliation, by making the condemned as vulnerable as possible. Although artists have traditionally depicted the figure on a cross with a loin cloth or a covering of the genitals, the person being crucified was usually stripped naked.
Crucifixion was intended to be a gruesome spectacle: the most painful and humiliating death imaginable.[86][87] It was used to punish slaves, pirates, and enemies of the state. It was originally reserved for slaves (hence still called "supplicium servile" by Seneca), and later extended to citizens of the lower classes (humiliores).[31] The victims of crucifixion were stripped naked [31][88] and put on public display[89][90] while they were slowly tortured to death so that they would serve as a spectacle and an example.[86][87]
Did they crucify women?

Yes,

Eulalia of Barcelona was venerated as a saint. According to her hagiography, she was stripped naked, tortured, and ultimately crucified on an X-shaped cross.[169]

Yes,
Yes, I can believe that Jesus was found physically naked as well as spiritually, when He was crucified, making the crucifixion story the crux of the Gospel!

The word "naked" means to be ashamed/humiliated. We can read about this in the story of Adam and Eve in Genesis Chapter 3 when they sinned against God's command not to eat from the tree.

Likewise, Spiritually Jesus went to the cross to save His people from their sins, who is without sin. Hence, He became "naked," intense humiliation, and shamed.

The point of Roman crucifixion was to bring shame upon the victim. So yes,Jesus would have been naked on the cross.

Actually, the two criminals and Jesus weren't naked. They were ordered to undress, then each were offered a rag to wear by the executioners, so that they may tie them around their groins. The two criminals accepted right away, but Jesus at first refused, because He thought that He could keep on the short drawers, which He had on also during the flagellation. But, when He was told to take them off as well, He stretched out His hand for the rag of the executioners to conceal His nakedness. After Jesus's mother noticed Him about to accept the rag, She removed Her long thin white veil from underneath Her mantle, and gave it to the apostle John so that he may hand it to the Roman centurion, Longinus, for Her Son. Longinus took the veil without any objection and gave it to Jesus Who recognized it, and wrapped it around His pelvis several times, fastening it carefully so that it may not fall off.
