I'm sorry...you're going to have to provide scripture.
[Romans 11:5 KJV] "Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace."
[Acts 10:45 KJV] "And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost."

The NT speaks of a MYSTERY.
The mystery that was revealed is sthat the GENTILES were also going to be included in salvation economy.

This back and froth without scripture (on my part) is unsatisfactory to me.
Nowhere in the OT is it revealed how God could forgive

Paul did not command the Jewish converts to the body of Christ to not keep the law, but neither did he command them to be circumcised or keep the sabbath. If they did follow the law they were said to be weaker brothers.

When he said they weren't male nor female he was talking about their new identity as members of his body
He had Timothy circumcised.

Acts 16

King James Version

16 Then came he to Derbe and Lystra: and, behold, a certain disciple was there, named Timotheus, the son of a certain woman, which was a Jewess, and believed; but his father was a Greek:
2 Which was well reported of by the brethren that were at Lystra and Iconium.
3 Him would Paul have to go forth with him; and took and circumcised him because of the Jews which were in those quarters: for they knew all that his father was a Greek.

Everlasting covenants are just that-EVERLASTING!! For Jews circumcision and Sabbath are everlasting covenants. That doesn't change if they become believers. It is not about obeying the Mosaic Law, but keeping an EVERLASTING covenant God established

What kind of a weird God od we have?
First He allows Paul to persecute Jews and THEN He decides to use him for the gentiles....
Yes it is God's grace which we need as well

[1 Corinthians 15:9 KJV] "For I am the least of the apostles, that am not meet to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God."
[1 Corinthians 15:10 KJV] "But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which [was bestowed] upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me."

I saved your comments so I will start from the beginning

In water baptism, a person goes down into "much water" (Jhn. 3:23 KJB), holding their breath (as in not breathing, as in death), and is completely submerged beneath the waters, being completely covered (as like in death's burial beneath the dirt / earth), and is generally laid backwards by another who assists them downward (as in a funeral, where a person or persons assist the body into their resting place), so that a person looks af if they are lying in state of death in the grave (as a burial) would be, and then is raised up out of the waters (as the resurrection from the grave will be) and the person breathes new breath (as newness of life granted in resurrection).

Saying much water doesnt mean they were submerged
Maybe it was because didnt have huge amounts of water avaiable

Your whole description lacks scripture

Both Water & Spirit (fire) baptism are required, and for some, even blood baptism (martyrdom). Jesus Himself, so stated to Nicodemus:
Joh 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
Joh 3:4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?
Joh 3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
Joh 3:6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
Joh 3:7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

Israel had to baptized, you cant take the water and Spirit commanded them and apply it to yourself.

Israel was to be born again not us. Israel was said to be the firstborn son. They had to be born again spiritually to enter the earthly kingdom

Romans 6 cannot be about the baptism of the Spirit, for in that a person is consciously breathing, and can be in any position (standing, sitting, lying down, falling, hanging, &c.). It is also paralleled in other places:
1Co_15:29 Else what shall they do which are baptized for the dead, if the dead rise not at all? why are they then baptized for the dead?
Col 2:12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.
I dont get You citing 1 Cor and Col here as to why Rom6 is not Spirit baptism

Those who refused water Baptism, had no baptism of the Holy Ghost, and are lost forever, due to their own choice:
Luk_7:30 But the Pharisees and lawyers rejected the counsel of God against themselves, being not baptized of him..............spirit not given til glorified

In this verse they couldnt receive the Spirit because it is not given until Christ was raised and glorified

Mar 1:9 And it came to pass in those days, that Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee, and was baptized of John in Jordan.
Mar 1:10 And straightway coming up out of the water, he saw the heavens opened, and the Spirit like a dove descending upon him:
Mar 1:11 And there came a voice from heaven, saying, Thou art my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

John baptized Jesus to make him known to Israel. God voiced that he was Israel's Messiah and Son of God

1Pe_2:21 For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps:
This is written to scattered believing Jews returning to their Chief Shepherd and nothing said about water baptism

Peter draws a parallel to that of the days of Noah (more detail momentarily):

1Pe 3:19 By which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison;
1Pe 3:20 Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water.
1Pe 3:21 The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ:
1Pe 3:22 Who is gone into heaven, and is on the right hand of God; angels and authorities and powers being made subject unto him.

This was written to believing scattered Israel not us.
Water was the like figure; it is water baptism that cleanses and saves Israel to enter the earthly kingdom. The resurrection of Christ was to sit on David's throne in the kingdom.

Paul draws an analogy in the days of Moses:
1Co 10:1 Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye should be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea;
1Co 10:2 And were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea;

This didnt picture water baptism, the Jews never got wet

I will present more information on this in a moment. That those various systems do practice those other means (besides, other than total immersion for decision maker, believer), does not make them in harmony with scripture,............It remains there are no instructions on water baptisms in scripture. There is no scripture that says to water baptize you must be immersed in water.
To have harmony of scripture, specific scripture of some kind is needed. Lots of scripture about water baptism, but none to describe how to do it.

Anyone teaching that only one of those phrases is valid is simply incorrect and doing a great disservice to the Kingdom of God and causing unnecessary division (Pro. 16:28; Mar. 3:24; 1 Cor. 1:10-13 KJB). Anyone teaching that a person is not properly baptized because one of the phrases (above) was used in that person’s baptism that those who are teaching do not approve of by their own misunderstanding, is likewise causing undo strife, as well as turning people away from the Kingdom, and there is a serious “woe” unto them who do that (Luk. 11:52; Jam. 3:1 KJB)." - Godhead - The Eternal Heavenly Trio : Free Download, Borrow, and Streaming : Internet Archive.

Exactly my point some baptize in Jesus's name some Father, Son and Holy Ghost and say only their way is valid. This is causing division, There is no Biblical instruction for this so divisions arise.

You then stated, "The fact is, Paul doesn't command water baptism and there are no instructions in regard to water baptism to be found."
That is incorrect. Paul directly mentions this in Romans, Colossians, Hebrews, and by his own example and practice:..............It still remains that there are no commands to be water baptized or instructions for it

Heb 6:1 Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God,
Heb 6:2 Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment............This was written to scattered believing Jews and has nothing to say about us being water baptized

Act 19:4 Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus.
Act 19:5 When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.,,,,,,they were disciples of John not us. Israel was to be water baptized for remission of sins
Col_2:12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.........Paul also said he was crucified with Christ. We are considered dead and buried with Christ to be raised to new life and dead to sin. Sin has no more dominion on the dead.
