+++Yes sir. Believing is the work that God requires.
Confirmed by Jesus VIA Paul :-
1 Cor 15:1-4, Eph 1:13, Col 2:13 - saved, HS sealed, forgiven
I have no idea what 1 Cor 15:1-4 states.
Ditto for Eph 1:13 and Col 2:13
so difficult for me to make any comment.

Perhaps if you actually posted scripture??

Should V must
What do you believe Jesus VIA Paul taught are the MUSTS for you to enter Heaven ?
EVERYTHING Jesus taught is a must.

You think it's a SHOULD?

SHOULD means that I could either obey or not.
Do we have a choice or are we supposed to obey God?

Paul, who was taught by Jesus, as you stated, taught this:

Romans 6:16
16Do you not know that when you present yourselves to someone as slaves for obedience, you are slaves of the one whom you obey, either of sin resulting in death, or of obedience resulting in righteousness?

That's an interesting thought:

Mar 10:51
And Jesus answered and said unto him, What wilt thou that I should do unto thee? The blind man said unto him, Lord, that I might receive my sight.
Mar 10:52
And Jesus said unto him, Go thy way; thy faith hath made thee whole. And immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus in the way.

It all comes down to faith.

Why should we obey God?
Why should we do good deeds?
Why should we be baptised?

Because we have faith that God is pleased with these acts of righteousness and love and obedience to His way and not our own.

What is the difference between we should and we ought to obey God rather than men?

Act 5:29
Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men.

Well, we all get to make our own choices don't we?
And I believe Jesus gave us choices. You can either walk this way or go your own way.
Deu 30:19
I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:

The should is in your court.
Hugs
Agreed 100%

AS LONG AS we all understand that if we do go our own way,,,
we will be lost.

Acts 5:29
29But Peter and the apostles answered, “We must obey God rather than men.

Luke 11:28
28But he said, “Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and keep it!”

There are consequences if we do not obey God.

Matthew 18:8-9
8“If your hand or your foot causes you to stumble, cut it off and throw it from you; it is better for you to enter life crippled or lame, than to have two hands or two feet and be cast into the eternal fire.
9“If your eye causes you to stumble, pluck it out and throw it from you. It is better for you to enter life with one eye, than to have two eyes and be cast into the fiery hell.

Matthew 7:21
21“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter.

You say Jesus via Paul did not teach water immerse baptism as a requirement to enter Heaven.

Who is the Teacher?

To use a phrase LOL

What would Jesus do?

Well we know what Jesus did and we were told to follow Him.
So now the question is:
What would you do?

Hugs
:D

Water baptism is a command to be obeyed, for those whom God has already saved...

Very good translation for
John 6:29 NASB
29Jesus answered and said to them, “This is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He has sent.”

Many understand the above to mean that it is God that is doing the work.
The work of believing in whom HE has sent?? Makes no sense, but it has to be understood this way for monergists that think God will be doing everything for them, even obeying.

Yes sir. Believing is the work that God requires.
Is. 26:12 (MKJV) LORD, You will ordain peace for us; for You also have worked all our works in us.

Phil. 2:13 (MKJV) For it is God who works in you both to will and to do of His good pleasure.

The Old Covenant was, "Do this and I will bless you; do that and I will curse you.". The New Covenant is, in essence, "I will work in you what I require from you; and I will bless you.".

Repentance is a gift from God.

2 Tim. 2:25,26
(MKJV)
25 in meekness instructing those who oppose, if perhaps God will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth,
26 and that they awake out of the snare of the Devil, having been taken captive by him, so as to do the will of that one.

Faith is a gift from God.

Phil. 1:29
(MKJV) For to you it is given on behalf of Christ not only to believe on Him, but also to suffer for His sake,

Some of it sounds a bit too reformed for me....
but I believe we are generally in the same ball park...as they say in the states.

I'm British (and not entirely "Reformed"); however, I'm glad to hear that we believe similarly.

OK then.
Soccer field. (or is it football in the UK?)
:clmSmlx
It's normally "football", in the U.K.; although, the word "soccer" was invented here. The official title is "association football"; in British style, this was shortened to "socc", then had an "er" added at the end. When I played rugby at school, it was sometimes called "rugger", although this has largely fallen out of fashion nowadays.

P.S. We normally call it a football "pitch", rather than "field".

Thanks for the info!
I will be advising my son in law, who is an avid Inter fan, about how the name soccer came about.
It's very interesting.

Over here soccer is called calcio.
Calciare means to kick.

no the consequences would be played out while in your own flesh during this your own lifetime.
uttermost farthing.....

Mat 5:25
Agree with thine adversary quickly, whiles thou art in the way with him; lest at any time the adversary deliver thee to the judge, and the judge deliver thee to the officer, and thou be cast into prison.
Mat 5:26
Verily I say unto thee, Thou shalt by no means come out thence, till thou hast paid the uttermost farthing.

hmm...

Paul considered himself a prisoner of the Lord.

Eph 3:1
For this cause I Paul, the prisoner of Jesus Christ for you Gentiles,
Eph 4:1
I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called,
2Ti 1:8
Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God;

Phm 1:1
Paul, a prisoner of Jesus Christ, and Timothy our brother, unto Philemon our dearly beloved, and fellowlabourer,

Phm 1:9
Yet for love's sake I rather beseech thee, being such an one as Paul the aged, and now also a prisoner of Jesus Christ.

Nobody said it was going to be easy.

What do you suppose it means to be a "prisoner" of Jesus Christ?

sa 79:11
Let the sighing of the prisoner come before thee; according to the greatness of thy power preserve thou those that are appointed to die;
Psa 79:12
And render unto our neighbours sevenfold into their bosom their reproach, wherewith they have reproached thee, O Lord.
Psa 79:13
So we thy people and sheep of thy pasture will give thee thanks for ever: we will shew forth thy praise to all generations.

That's like asking if Moses was sent to save the Hebrews and they refused to cross the Red Sea would they still be saved?

Luk 12:47
And that servant, which knew his lord's will, and prepared not himself, neither did according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes.

Did Jesus command us to be baptized?

Mat 28:18
And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
Mat 28:19
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
at 28:20
Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Why yes he did.

Hugs

Morning sondring
You know what's sad?
Your attitude.
You might have missed John 13:35
Of course YOU have the entire NT memorized,,,every single verse,
but for the benefit of those reading along that may not,
and as a courtesy to YOU,,,I will POST the scripture that I mentioned:

John 13:35
35“By this all men will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.”

Your reply to my request for scripture is the above?
Snarky remarks?

If YOU want to discuss 1 Cor 15:1 it is YOUR responsibility to post the verse...
it is not MY responsibility to help YOU along with what YOU believe that verse is stating.

So this conversation comes to a full stop.
Try to be a disciple of Jesus.

Well, people do often speak of a "good (or bad) game", without the word "football", but with football understood , so it depends upon the context.

Language is interesting and English has many quirks, e.g., we speak of a "game of football"; but, as you've correctly pointed out, a "football match".
