The Lord will do just that. It's up to us to obey.
We are led by the Spirit Of God to do his will...that is learned by walking in the Spirit...nothing as I explained in instantaneous...only being saved from eternal damnation, when we are Born Again in our spirit.by divine revelation, just as His written word says.

Lease explain what you are talking about?

I said Got commentary, explaining the Kingdom Of God..by their own commentary.
Jesus made it very clear: "Repent, the kingdom of heaven is at hand" (Matthew 4:17). To use scripture to refute that is folly, wouldn't you say?

You are using scripture out of context...I’ve already agreed we must initially believe in Jesus and repent...which is the work of God.

His word says, we must be “ Born Again to see the Kingdom Of God” I hope you aren’t disputing that.

We need to obey our Lord. It is for our own good.
You need to obey God in your spirit, which comes by divine revelation ..reading the written word , confirms what the Spirit witnesses to our spirit...we are Spirit led , we aren’t Bible led...the Bible confirms how the Spirit leads us...
I know we need to obey our Lord, did I say otherwise , we can only obey God if we are Born Again, then we have the Spirit Of God residing in our heart/ spirit...

Obeying the written word is just that ...we learn to obey the Spirit of God when we are reunited back to God, as in Born Again.

Just as his word says...we are none of his without His Spirit, that’s why we must be Born Of God’s seed, then he recognises us as his spirit children....only then can we be led by His Spirit.

The Bible is not the Living Spirit Of God...

Heirs with Christ
…13For if you live according to the flesh, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live. 14For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. 15For you did not receive a spirit of slavery that returns you to fear, but you received the Spirit of sonship, by whom we cry, “Abba! Father!”…

I am quoting Jesus. Who are you quoting?
Consider where Jesus was even before he was crucified:

Joh 3:13And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.

But then Jesus with his crucifixion was to open and did open the Way for man to enter in...

Mt 27:51And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent;

The Way was opened but who was and is able to enter in...?

Mt 22:10So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding was furnished with guests.
Mt 22:11And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man which had not on a wedding garment:
Mt 22:12And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless.
Mt 22:13Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

What would be a proper wedding garment? Perhaps...

Eph 6:11Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
Eph 6:12For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Eph 6:13Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
Eph 6:14Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
Eph 6:15And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
Eph 6:16Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
Eph 6:17And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
And/or...

Re 3:5He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.

Who are the overcomers? What are they to overcome, if not the ways of the flesh by the power of the Holy Spirit?

1jo 2:15Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
1jo 2:16For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
1jo 2:17And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.

Most people claim we have to wait to "go to" heaven till we die. However, Jesus said, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand." Am I supposed to believe most people or am I supposed to believe Jesus?
to go to the physical realm we call heaven, we must wait. However to experience the joy, peace and love of the kingdom we can experience that now as we obey God and the Scriptures.

I think we can make things very complicated, but what Jesus said was very straightforward, it seems to me: Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. The easiest thing to do, I think, is to repent.

I have no doubt we'll pass on to a beautiful place when we die, and we usually call that heaven (sometimes I refer to it as the resurrection), but is that the heaven Jesus is talking about in Matthew 4:17?

It's pretty simple - do as Jesus told us to do.
No, it’s not pretty simple, The Spirit has to get us to that place of understanding, it’s easy reading the written word, we need to follow Jesus in our spirit.

We learn to follow the Spirit....it’s far from simple...do you honestly think that being taken out of this world into his Kingdom is easy, far from it.....we’re in this world but, we don’t belong to it, we belong to God......we have a whole new journey ahead of us....a spirit journey as we are spirit children...just as his word says.....

Does God promise an easy life?
But God never promised his followers an easy life. In fact, he warned us to expect the opposite (John 16:33 )—hardship and persecution from the world, and even correction from his own hand (Hebrews 12:7 ).

Discussion over, God Bless as you journey with the Lord.

A Born Again doesn’t sin, did you read the scripture I posted?

Here it is again, in case you missed it....God cannot indwell the heart / spirit of a sinner, Spirit gives birth to spirit....when God has spoken to one’s heart by divine revelation...there can be no denying his word as we see here, backed up by his written word.

We are Born Of God’s seed, that seed is the Holy Spirit....my teaching and understanding comes directly from the Holy Spirit, what I hear him witness to my spirit/ heart is always checked out with scripture.

1 John 3

King James Version

3 Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.
2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.
3 And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.
4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.
5 And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin.
6 Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.
7 Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.
8 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.
10 In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.
11 For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.
12 Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother's righteous.
13 Marvel not, my brethren, if the world hate you.
14 We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death.
15 Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.
16 Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.
17 But whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?
18 My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.
19 And hereby we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before him.
20 For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things.
21 Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God.
22 And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.
23 And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.
24 And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us.

That too can only come by divine revelation....we are Born Of God’s seed....it’s the old man in our mind , he’s the one we have to contend with.

We abide in the Lord because we have been Born Of The Spirit....Gods Spirit is a Living Spirit...God is not the Bible as many seem to think.

Maybe this commentary by Got answers will give you more of an understanding as what it means to be Born Of God’s seed, they explain it well.

First John 3:9 describes a person who has been born of God: “No one who is born of God will continue to sin, because God’s seed remains in them; they cannot go on sinning because they have been born of God.” God our Father is holy, and He desires that His children become holy like He is (1 Peter 1:15–16). When we are born of God, we have a new heart, one that wants to please God (Ezekiel 36:26; 2 Corinthians 5:9; Colossians 1:10). This does not come about by good intentions or white-knuckled effort. We please our new Father by surrendering to His Holy Spirit who lives within us. We allow Him to change our desires, our goals, and our will to conform to His (Romans 8:29; Philippians 2:13). As a baby grows to look like the parents to whom it was born, so do we grow to be more like our heavenly Father when we are born of God (Philippians 3:10; Romans 6:1–2).

God Bless that’s all I have to say, may you grow in the faith and knowledge of the Lord Jesus.

Of course it's folly.
Some here are learning theology from the internet.

So let me ask you this Bob:
What IS the kingdom of God?

Is it in heaven....or did Paul also mean that it's here on earth right now?

Yes, but we just haven't fully realized it. We haven't been redeemed, nor have we received are new eternal bodies, treasures/ rewards in heaven, nor the realm of heaven itself. We have an inheritance.
But as it is written: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.
1 Cor. 2:9
And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also. John 14:3
For we know that if our earthly house of our tabernacle be dissolved, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal, in the heavens.
2 Cor. 5:2
But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: for where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
Matt. 6:20, 21

He is coming soon and we will be with Him.

Did you read my post...end of discussion...we’re on completely different levels of understanding.....no good wasting our time with each other....as you are denying the word of God.as we see above.

9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.

A little advice before I go.

“ Humble Yourself Before The Lord”....he Loves a humble heart.
