This is the risen Jesus. The Jewish Jesus wasn't browned skin either. A study of History showed that the Israelites were Caucasian, until they mixed with other nations.

I would not be surprised. I see no reason why Jesus, after His resurrection, could not take any appearance.

There was a Report made by Pontius Pilate where he described what Lord Jesus looked like. It is a letter controlled by the Vatican. Hard to authenticate. But if any place on earth would have a report like from Pilate, it would probably have been kept at Rome.
