Disembodied means say had flesh bodies at one time.The problem with that is Fallen Angels are spirits and always have been.

I believe demons did once have physical bodies. They are the spirits of the pre-Adamic company, not race, that sided with Satan in the war in heaven which resulted in making the earth shapeless and void.

Another problem is fallen Angels have been chained in the bottomless pit since the pre-Adamic war in heaven.

And finally, you get so many other things one you not credible. As in denying the Trinity.
