When they say "there is not a man who sinneth not" how do we get them to just believe the Scriptures?

If someone says we can never stop sinning, especially from another believer, point blank, then pause and begin to explain it with scripture. Hopefully you are ready and know how to proceed. This can be a daunting task.
The video you provided explains a good plan to follow and execute that will really help in explaining why a believer cannot and will not choose to sin as a habit of the old person, or flesh. A Christian is directly influenced by his new seed and spirit.
I would make it a real project to investigate how you would explain it, with familiarity of pertinent and logically drawn scripture. This takes training and the help of God to guide you, or anyone contemplating it, with a real interest in this subject.

None of us were at one time without sin, but, when we have been Born Again of imperishable seed that liveth and abideth forever,
Plus Gods Living word says that a Born Again doesn’t continue to sin as they have been Born Again of imperishable seed.
Only God can testify that to you heart, via the witness of the Holy Spirit, the witness is a Living Spirit who indwells / resides in our spirit....only he can speak / witness the “ Living “ word of God to our heart / spirit.
I also believe he opens our heart to receive his truth, in his timing.....it’s the Spirit who keeps us focused on God’s word, imo/ POV,xx

We can't get anybody to believe the scriptures; only God can do that by revealing Jesus to people through the Holy Spirit. We can only plant seeds, it's up to God to nurture them.
