The last 3 Trumpets each have a Woe attached to them. The 5th Trumpet - 1st Woe period begins in Revelation 9. The final 7th Trumpet - 3rd Woe period ends with the final verse of Revelation 11.
What's so special about these last 3 trumpets?
Each Trumpet - Woe period contains several events within its period of time that we are to learn about and recognize. It is not simply about one trumpet sounding and then a single Woe happening.
These last 3 Trumpet - Woe periods represent a solid sequence order of events we can recognize that we can watch leading up to Christ's 2nd coming.
What Each Period Represents:
1. 5th Trumpet, 1st Woe -- time just prior to the "great tribulation", i.e., the 1260 days of the first part of the Daniel 9:27 symbolic "one week".
2. 6th Trumpet, 2nd Woe -- time of the loosing of the four angels at the river Euphrates, and coming of the angel king that ascends out of the bottomless pit. Placing of the "abomination of desolation" idol in a stone temple in Jerusalem. The false-Messiah setting himself up as God in Jerusalem, and demanding that all bow in worship to him. The time of "great tribulation."
3. 7th Trumpet, 3rd Woe -- tribulation ended by the "day of the Lord" when Jesus comes and pours out His Wrath upon the wicked and gathers His Church, and takes reign over all nations from Jerusalem, on earth.
