The GDP has now declined two quarters in a row. The FED and the White House are attempting to redefine recession. They are lying to the American people.

Look at the first sentence carefully. inflation is driving the bus right now. The decline in real income has affected every American other than those making money in stocks. Their income is declining as well, they don't "feel" this as the average American does. What is happening now is that the early stages of not going out to spend on a dinner, movies, amusement parks are beginning to take hold. That will involve a decline in employment in the entertainment industry. Housing is on the verge of collapse, when that goes, look for the markets to go into a steep decline. AS retail purchasing power declines, so will production and the purchase of American and Chinese goods. On top of everything ......toss in a few million unskilled workers from Latin America. The burden of which is on the backs of local governments.

As Latin America agriculture declines from woke stupidity .....look for millions to begin their way to the border.....

Right now, it appears we are headed to looking like Sri Lanka and Venezuela.

But, Congress is spending money on Chips and useless climate deals with the EU ....They are faltering quicker than we are. They started two years ago and look at where they are at.

The House and Senate must be flipped .....

Powell is a political hack following the lead of the Liberal Climate Change initiative. He's not looking at what everyone can clearly see. Income is declining rapidly due to inflation and this latest agreement between Manchin and Schumer will only increase inflation. Taxes on Corporate America? Will solve what exactly? Supposedly 15% across the board .....Dictated by the UN! It is not a US driven tax increase. There is no employment increases, because the majority of those supposed creations are due to people taking second jobs to survive. Meanwhile, the drain of local government budgets is increasing every time the next caravan swims the Rio Grand.

None of them really can be trusted if we are to be honest.... Whether bullish or bearish, conservative or lib, they will both have some sort of technical analysis to try and back up which way they think things are heading and what the experts are trying to say about where the economy is at the moment (they sometimes lie, they sometimes are right and they are sometimes wrong, it's either 1 of the 3)

Some conservatives missed the rise of the EV industry (some were thinking it would even be a complete flop, yet EV sales figures have risen heaps in the last year or 2), some conservatives also expected gold to reach new heights in recent times (I thought it would too, not as crazy as some of the predictions they pulling out of the hat, I did expect the old record high to be broken by a little when the war started, but it didn't, and bam back down to 1700 it went) and some Libs and many bullish commentators missed the recession lolz.

Neither side gets everything right when it comes to the economy, no human expert can really 100% be trusted on the matter.

When I was a Regional Sales Manager during the Obama years. I continued my position regarding a claim of zero growth, though Obama was always declaring positive growth. Here is where we knew about what was taking place. We were in contact with every Electric utility Purchasing Office every week, nation wide. Our Manufacturing Reps fed us the information. Our business grew when Electric utilities were buying our products. There was not one Utility declaring they were progressing. All were static, not moving. That meant no one was building and no one was refurbishing old buildings for new businesses. No new meters .....

This recession news means that the increase of interest rates will have an adverse affect on home sales, construction and car sales .....The next quarter will be more miserable. Also carefully watch what businesses are telling the world. For the sixth straight month Wal Mart has restructured their purchasing practices to account for the economic climate change in their customers. As inflation grows ...the shopper is buying food and necessities...not shopping for cloths and furniture. Those are the guys to watch ....not the environment of Washington DC.

There is a faulty premise with EV. On almost every street corner is a gas station. There is not a charging station on every street corner. A trip across the US in a EV is quite an event. Your two day trip can easily become three or four days. Because there is no infrastructure to support them. I see charging stations periodically and no one is there plugged in to charge their car. Charging stations at Gas stations is not the place to put them. You charge for an hour or two and because there is not anywhere to eat around the station, it becomes boring. Why not a group of charging stations at a mall, at a shopping center? At least there is something to do while the car charges. Hotels are good ....but more is better.

That is not the only faulty premise. The facts are that:
1. Electric vehicles are extremely expensive to purchase, and their sales are being subsidized by governments. Chances are that they actually cost $100,000.
2. Electric vehicles are extremely hazardous, and there have been numerous reports of such cars/buses exploding or going up in flames.
3. The cost of operating and maintaining EVs is much higher than that of regular vehicles.
4. There is absolutely no reduction in so-called greenhouse gases, since fuels have to be used to produce electricity to operate EVs.
5. The bottom line is that this is a TOTAL SCAM which has hardly been opposed by the people who should have been opposing all the laws, rules, and regulations about the "Climate Emergency" scam.

There wont be enough fast charge stations for the numbers of EV, if people start buying them by the many millions.
You wont be able to fast charge, the lines may go aroud the block at charge stations, and if each EV takes an hour, well your going to sit there for many hours, maybe spend the night in your EV

Typical fast charge for EV is one hour. 12 cars in line, 12 hours later you get to start charging up.

I don't know of any around here, actually. And who on earth would want to sit for two hours?

The only thing that even remotely makes any sense is a hybrid that recharges its batteries as you drive. Other than that, it would be a colossal waste of money to go full electric, especially in a State like this one. Louisiana is HOT, and oppressive heat drains batteries even quicker, which is proving solar power to be a fraud in parts of the world now.

Going completely Green is flat out ridiculous, but they aren't telling anyone that if they can't figure it out for themselves.
