Yes it will be a 1000 year rule. By Jesus with King David working as His prince of the world. What is interesting to me is that people who received their new bodies like Jesus will dwell with natural men for the 1000 years. But Jesus says in the afterlife we do not marry or have sex. Its interesting because we will be in a sinless state but be around people who constantly sin.

I think the "strict" interpretation is that Jesus' rule will be for "at least" a thousand years.
