It seems to me that
@BreadOfLife isn't so much a "
hypocrite" as he is twisting words to defend men's doctrines, when we should be using integrity to defend Scripture.
It's unfortunate that so many so-called Christians allow their Religion to supersede Scripture, but it happens in ALL Denominations. So although it's easy to fault
@BreadOfLife for defending his FALSE church doctrines, the same could be equally applied to others in this Forum, probably including the both of us.
But you're CLEARLY correct in your assessment of immersion "
water baptism", and
@BreadOfLife is CLEARLY attempting to obscure Scriptural FACTS, although to me it really doesn't make a difference whether by "sprinkling", pouring a cup of water over a persons head, or by full immersion. It's simply a physical manifestation of the Spiritual Cleansing.
