No place in Scripture says otherwise. But this does need explanation.

Human free will exists within the constraints put upon it by God. All of the disclosure about God in Scripture revolves upon how He has created and sustained the World and His Kingdom to operate within His constraints, called Law. Gender distinction, animal species, national boundaries of people groups, the permitted inhabitants of His Kingdom, chosen Hebrews, moral parameters, sexual constraints, activity within the spiritual realm, the handling of blood, levels of human authority over others, human obligations to God Himself, all are about God's specified boundaries. Violation of these boundaries is called sin.

1.) Given the record of human activities and God's responses, this is the only logical view.

2.) Humans are created in the image of God, albeit in a currently degraded stare of being with their free will.

3.) God is so supremely omnipotent He can still achieve His ultimate will even as humans exercise their will.

4.) Only the course of the Kingdom of God itself is predestined, as shown in the Potter's Wheel analogy. Exceptions are those few people whom God predestined to be Prophets and Apostles. No other individuals are shown in Scripture to have been predestined for either salvation or destruction.

5.) When God sends a delusion or turns someone's heart unto violence and rebellion, it always is after that person has already chosen to rebel against God.

6.) Those humans who have DNA corrupted by angelic incursion cannot be saved by Jesus. Nephilim, giants in the Flood and after the Flood, biologically engineered brings called "aliens," fallen angels, cross species beings in mythology, all are incapable of Salvation thru Jesus.

7.) Humans were created for the sake of implementing the First Commandment to "Love the Lord their God." Such love is possible only with a free will.

The ongoing debate about human Free Will is actually a false and contrived activity. It is the misreading and distortion of Scripture which gets people to deny there is human Free Will.
