Lord Jesus warned us for the end, that the time of His future coming would be like the days of Noe (Noah)...
Matt 24:37-39
37 But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

What happened back in the days of Noah per Genesis 6?
Gen 6:1-2
6 And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them,
2 That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose.

The "daughters of men" phrase above in the Hebrew is 'daughters of the man Adam' (eth'ha'aadam). Those "sons of God" were angels that left their first habitation (Jude), and took wives of the flesh daughters of the man Adam, and by that tried to taint the 'seed of the Woman' that Christ would be born from.
That "sons of God" phrase was used in the Book of Job about the angels that appeared with Satan before God's Throne.
The "son of God" phrase refers to offspring originating from God. The angels for example, were directly descended from God, and so was the man Adam, as Adam is even called the "son of God" in the Luke 3:38 genealogy of Christ Jesus.
But those of us descended after Adam are not born as a "son of God". You will not find anyone else called a "son of God" besides Lord Jesus and the man Adam. Those in Christ become "sons of God" ONLY later through Faith on Jesus Christ's Blood shed on His cross...
John 1:12-13
12 But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name:
13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

That Faith on Christ with His giving us the 'power' to become the "sons of God" did not begin until Lord Jesus died on the cross and offered us The Gospel Faith.
That "sons of God" phrase used in The Old Testament always referred to angels, except for Nebuchadnezzar's statement about Christ Whom he saw in the hot fiery furnace of Daniel 3.25.
Because of those angels taking wives of flesh women back in Noah's days, they produced a hybrid offspring called the Nephiliym, which means 'fallen ones', and per the Greek Septuagint Old Testament translation from the Hebrew, the Greeks began to use the word giants for the offspring which were of great stature and strength, the Titans of Greek mythology.

4 There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.

That "and also after that" refers to a later second irruption of Satan's angels mating with flesh woman to produce the giant hybrids after the flood of Noah's day. Those God would command the children of Israel to literally destroy.
The phrase "men of renown" literally means 'men of the name, or of the legend.' What legend? The ancient mythologies which have been discovered in many of the ancient world's cultures. Greek pagan culture presented the Titans of Greek mythology as having been born as gods on earth, as part flesh and part god, like with Hercules, etc.
In William Cody's (Buffalo Bill) autobiography, he wrote about Pawnee Indians that brought some huge bones into camp, and the surgeon with Cody confirmed they were human thigh bones, exceptionally large. The Pawnee said there was once a race of men that lived in that area where they were, long ago, and they were three times the height of a normal man, that they could run as fast as the buffalo, grab one of them and tear off a leg, and eat it while running with the herd. The Pawnee further said they debased the great spirit, which is when a flood came and they escaped up to the mountain, but the flood came up over them and destroyed them.
Like all myths, there's usually some amount of truth with them which over time has been corrupted from generation to generation. That these stories can be found in so many separate ancient cultures points to links that something did happen.

9 These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God.

That word "perfect" in the Hebrew is a word that refers to bloodline purity. It is also used for an unblemished animal required by God for sacrifice per the old covenant.
Thus Noah's genealogy was 'unblemished', but from what? Unblemished from the mating by those fallen angels that caused the hybrid giants.
That further confirms that the mating by the "sons of God" with the "daughters of men" actually did... produce a hybrid-giant race of large men, which God did not ordain.
Isa 26:14
14 They are dead, they shall not live; they are deceased, they shall not rise: therefore hast Thou visited and destroyed them, and made all their memory to perish.

The above word "deceased" is actually Hebrew for the 'Rephaim', a proper name for the hybrid-giants in the Book of Genesis. The KJV translators failed to bring it into the English, when they did so elsewhere.
Let me call your attention to that phrase, "they shall not rise". That is pointing to the idea of the resurrection. All flesh born men are to have a 'resurrection' per Jesus in John 5:28-29, including the wicked unsaved of the "resurrection of damnation". But these Rephaim here, "they shall not rise", and just that fact alone reveals these Rephaim were not... a normal flesh-born human.

The final beast kingdom for this present world is that one, of the feet made up of part iron, mixed with clay.
43 And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay.
'They'? who are "they" in the above? And moreover, 'they' shall mingle with the SEED OF MEN, but they shall not cleave one to another?? That suggests that "they" are NOT of the SEED OF MEN! Not HUMAN.

It would appear Satan's angels of Revelation 12:7-9 are coming at the end of this world to do it again, but 'their' attempt to mingle with the 'seed of men' will not take.
44 And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.

Revelation 12:7-9 is about a war in Heaven that is to take place between Archangel Michael and his angels, vs. Satan and his angels. And then Satan and his angels are booted out of the Heavenly dimension, no more a place found in Heaven for them. They are booted down to this earth in our earthly dimension, and that is what will kick off the serpent's persecution of Rev.12:13-17, linked to the 1260 days period mentioned there. Some wrongly teach that event already happened back at Satan's original fall, but that is not true, because no one at the time of Satan's first rebellion had the Testimony of Jesus Christ yet.
