Not everyone walking around us are God's children. Many of them are really dead to God. How can a dead person be brought to Life?

Hmm,.. interesting question. I see it like this,.. when you have sex with somebody that puts the child in the woman's belly,.. but the child's spirit and body is all designed by God.
