I recently heard someone excuse his rather obnoxious behavior by saying something along the lines of "well, you are just a faceless entity on the internet".
And it pulled me up short, if you know what I mean.
We need to realize...each "faceless entity" is a real person, just like us.
Do you treat people in the "virtual" world of the internet differently than you treat people in the "real" world?
Do you think that because we cannot see each other as we discuss our faith in these threads, that God cannot see us?
I don't get it: why it is that the US has the greatest military on Earth (despite the Administration's efforts to downsize us) and yet we are not annhilating ISIS
I don't get why Iran is getting away with making nukes against the world's wishes, and our president doesn't seem to care
Wel, he does live in Hawaii. Why should he care what happens to the mainland once he leaves office?
hmmm... Then i think about how there is so much bloodshed in this once Christian nation. OK, so we were never perfectly Christian. Who ever is? But we are killing millions and millions of...
God is the origin of all life.
In fact, God is life.
God has always existed.
Therefore life has always existed
because God is the origin of life.
God did not create Himself.
Therefore God did not create life.
It always existed.
Because God always existed.
God is a Spirit.
John 4-24 :God is a Spirit:
The Spirit of Life.
God did not create Himself.
Therefore God hence the Spirit of Life has always existed.
Therefore God is the origin of all life.
Note*** There are no dead spirits.
God did not make Himself come alive.
Is God the Father of all spirits?

But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day with the Lord [in heaven] is as a thousand [earth] years, and a thousand [earth] years is as one day. [in heaven] 2 Peter 3:8...
As a Christian missionary, abroad representing Christ, Rome's poster child,
Agnes Gonxha Bojaxhiu (a.k.a. Mother Teresa) is a terrible disappointment.
It turns out Teresa was a remarkable actor. Her public image bore no
resemblance whatsoever to the secret life of her inner being.
Below are some quotes taken from her own private letters; and excerpts of
her statements from other sources. You be the judge: role model or role
player, believer or make-believer?
"Only pray that I keep up this joy exteriorly. I deceive people with this
weapon-- even my Sisters."
"When I try to raise my thoughts to Heaven, there is such convicting
emptiness that those very thoughts return like sharp knives and hurt my
If I have the Holy Ghost dwelling within me.
Why would I need to enter into God's presence?
His presence would always be in me.
So if you have the Holy Ghost within you then
why would you need to enter into God's presence?
His presence would always be in you.
If you have the
indwelling of the Holy Ghost
would you not always be
in the presence of God?
Jas_2:17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.
So what is our work.
Heb_11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
And that is the simplicty of it, the works come by God because you have faith.
Lets look at Abraham
Gen 17:4 As for me, behold, my covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations.
But Sarah because of her age
Gen 18:13 And the LORD said unto Abraham, Wherefore did Sarah laugh, saying, Shall I of a surety bear a child, which am old?
Gen 18:14 Is any thing too hard for the LORD? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time...
"But if the law was abolished at the cross, as many claim, then the agony and death of God’s dear Son were endured only to give to Satan just what he asked; then the prince of evil triumphed, his charges against the divine government were sustained. The very fact that Christ bore the penalty of man’s transgression is a mighty argument to all created intelligences that the law is changeless; that God is righteous, merciful, and self-denying; and that infinite justice and mercy unite in the administration of His government. PP 70.1" (Patriarchs and Prophets, chapter 4).
Just some food for thought... What is the prognosis for a world where God's law is abolished?
What is Gods Law?
"God is love.” 1 John 4:16. His nature, His law, is...
Those that do not believe in OSAS are the ones that believe they save themselves by not sinning in the flesh.
Those that believe in OSAS are the ones that believe they are saved by what Jesus did on the cross and not by their ability to not sin in the flesh.
3 For we are the circumcision, who worship God in the Spirit, rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh,

3 But I fear, lest somehow, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, so your minds may be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.
4 For if he who comes preaches another Jesus whom we have not preached, or if you receive a different spirit...
