John 15:16 - "You did not choose Me but I chose you, and appointed you that you would go and bear fruit, and that your fruit would remain, so that whatever you ask of the Father in My name He may give to you."
Many Christians never progress beyond the basic principles of the gospel: others -- the minority -- demonstrate the abundant riches of God's grace.
The preacher's task should be to preach of the fullness of grace through accssing the ascended life in Jesus Christ. Christians need to become aware of God's purpose for their lives and be encouraged to believe that a life of abundance in the fullness of the Spirit is meant for them.
Ask yourself whether you are living in the abundant fruit-bearing life that Jesus came to give you. If you are, it will be evidenced in your love for Jesus and a passion to help others with their spiritual life -- bearing fruit that remains -- winning and discipling others into their life in Christ.
There is coming your way an overflow of salvations, more equipping opportunities to disciple new Believers, a higher Christ identity consciousness in the Body of Christ, more opportunities for fruit bearing that remains, and revival. Fresh oil is now being poured forth upon your head. You, who have hungered and thirsted after God, get ready for a fresh fire to fall upon you. This is the time that the Faithful One is awakening and stirring up gifts within you. He's releasing fresh strength to you! Do not give up now. Do not allow discouragement to rob you at the edge of breakthrough. The enemy fought you intensely because he knew harvest was near.
Ephesians 1:3 - "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ,"
One of the most difficult areas of prayer comes when you want to pray for someone, but you don't know just what to pray except, "God bless_______."
Actually, that prayer means very little.
Ephesians 1:3 tells us that the Father has already released every blessing to us in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. So, a better way to pray would be, "Father, give them revelation and understanding of all the blessings You have provided for them.
Think about what happened when you were saved. God didn't have to do something at that time to "save" you. He did the "saving" 2000 years ago. You just had to receive Jesus as Savior. The same thing is true with all the other benefits Jesus bought and paid for with His Life's blood at Calvary!
Affirmations:
I EXPERIENCE HEAVEN NOW, AS I COME TO UNDERSTAND MY CHRIST IDENTITY, AND LIVE A LIFE THAT DEMONSTRATES THE REALITY OF HEAVEN ON THIS EARTH.
JESUS CAME TO SHOW ME HOW TO START THINKING FROM HIS PERSPECTIVE IN HEAVEN.
AS I ABIDE IN JESUS, I ASCEND HIGHER TO THE DWELLING PLACE OF LOVE.
I GRAB HOLD OF THE MOMENT AND PUSH FORWARD INTO UNDERSTANDING AND CARRYING FORWARD THE GREAT COMMISSION BY INVESTING MYSELF IN THE SPIRITUAL LIVES OF OTHERS.
