Covid Exposure

My son's friend was over a few days ago. I just found out that his house is full of newly-confirmed Covid 19 cases. His wife is in the hospital, so I hear, in pretty bad shape.
I realized that my nose is running, my sinus is blocked up, a mild fever and a headache.
Then I remembered I have seasonal allergies, a reactivation of EBV, and that we are in the midst of a large weather change, which trigger migraines with me.
Then I remembered that fear causes anxiety, which in turn depletes the immune system.
Pray that my household would not be over-run with fear, as well as what you feel led to pray.

No Fear mate...allergies, common flus and colds were all normal until the dreaded COVID took their place....if you read between my line...

I think fear is more contagious than the flu.
And I agree with what you wrote here:

Some people make big profits off of people's fears.
I have to admit, I have somewhat of an advantage.
I live alone in the woods. I don't have company other than the occasional sleepover by my Dad. And I only go to town twice a month for groceries.
And I wear a mask if one is required to enter the store. Which I remove as I exit the building.
So my chances of contacting anything or anyone is pretty slim.

I went to the market last week. I have trouble walking so I grabbed a carriage from the return stall and entered the store. The woman said, "I'll take that carriage" , I asked if I could keep it. She told me it was dirty to take a clean one. I was advised to use the hand sanitizer placed just inside the door.
I'm thinking..
The last person who had the carriage.. it was a "clean" carriage, had sanitized their hands and then left the carriage in the stall.
At what point did it become "dirty" ?

Some people say I over analyze things.
I just call it critical thinking.

I'll still keep praying for you Truman that whatever is causing the sniffling and sneezing passes soon.
The older I get the more allergies I have. And the pollen season is just beginning.
And I have 8 cats now all with fur and dander.
Sneezing is a common in my house.
