I had enough of my little brother.

My mom says she thinks he is performing rituals or something, because he keeps running off into the woods at night. He sent some evil Satanic messages. This is the one who has been suicidal. I said I wandered too but basically said Jesus leaves the 99 to find the one who is lost.

Last night I texted him (like I NEVER do) and talked to him about the gospel. He said he did not need a Heavenly father and said Christianity is slavery and he is not a dog. I sent him Galatians 5:1:

"For freedom Christ has set us free; stand firm therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery."

I said it was stupid to believe in demons who hate Christ, but not Christ, and nobody hates anything that they don't believe in. He didn't respond.

Now I've had a very bad day and I feel under attack by a suicidal spirit or something. It is very heavy and dark. I've lost things, I've been getting horrible text messages from a person* attacking me for having anemia with "lolol" at the end and degrading me for needing rest, and I've sworn multiple times ALL of the words today.

Remember also, your not battling flesh and blood, this is the powers of darkness at work...put on your armor....speak the Word over your brother and yourself...and take authority over the enemies attacks...

Yes and you are so right. I am trying and I have worship music. I know that you can't roll with the anger tide and theres a responsibility to fight the will of the flesh and I'll get through it if I do. I don't have any excuses for it.

It's irritating how much you just feel like you "deserve" or feel "entitled" to be in the darkness and want to sit there. That's the opposite of what we have to do.

Yep. I happens when you confront the darkness. They get very not happy with you...

Just pray through and believe through, Fluffy. And maybe listen to some music that reminds you the Lord loves you.

The good thing about demonic attacks is that they can't last forever, so you just have to weather them until the tide subsides.

Maybe send him a nice text telling him you didn't mean to offend him; you only sent it because you love him and care about him. Then leave it at that (or maybe just leave it alone). I think you did a good thing, only you also have to go easy with people whom Satan has completely conditioned to hate God. It almost requires praying the Lord can get through to him Himself, because only He may be able to get through all the mental barriers the enemy has set up in his head. But all things are possible with God.

It happens <laughing>. Just separate yourself from it and don't worry. Draw closer to God and forget all that business. Do that, and the enemy won't be able to touch you, no matter how much he works to convince you otherwise. Just stay in prayer and draw closer to God. He knows you're human, LoL.

yes I know...trust me, I get mad at the enemy everyday and want to slap him right out of my friends and family tbat he deceived....yes ma'am slap him so hard he ends up in a galaxy far, far, far away....:)

but then the Holy Spirit goes....uhum...what was that? And I said ummm I mean Greater is He who is in me than He who is in the World....Jesus is my strength for when I am weak His is made strong....(is that good enough Holy Spirit?).......and he taps His foot and shakes His head....
and then I just go into prayer and let Him teach me how to deal with this situation.......:)

Another one that just came up in cycle. People think I'm too personal sharing what I'm listening to - maybe my stuff is too emotional? - I have no idea, LoL. I just do as I feel led.

But I think stuff with the Spirit of Peace in it (and that's heartfelt) is just the ticket for times like this.

I think I realized what was turning my brother off from Christ. He was baptised with my dad (he lives with him but we dont share the same dad) and sometime after that mom started getting into weird false prophets on YouTube and started warning us that three days of darkness was coming and to stay inside and dont open the windows or the demons will come in. so A lot of crazy sounding things might have made him hate it and go against her.

It was getting weird. But I sent him a message saying if that stuff turned him off from it I understand where he is coming from and we can talk about that. Told him i love him.

I remember rebelling and having the wrong impression, too. I remember sitting in the dark with candles waiting for the world to end at midnight during the Y2K craze, because Jack Van Impe said so.

He needs spiritual milk first.

Don't worry about violating his privacy. When he violates your and your households peace of mind, you have aright to find out why.

Thank you @Amazed@grace FORTUNATELY.. It is not that. I know the person and that is just something they do when they are frustrated with me. I wasn't doing what they wanted right away and I was getting confused and stressed, sort of disassociating so I needed to sit, and so they sarcastically talked off to me about my needing to take naps and compared my anemia to their diagnosis and started questioning me about it. Not really out of caring, just them trying to make their point and discredit me.

Probably a boring read but basically it gets hard to function because I get confused, cant think, and have trouble getting around and taking care of things. I just go around in circles. Very foggy headed
