Nope, the Hebrew word translated "buyer" has nothing to do with "redeeming from the hand of an enemy".
The verse says "no one will buy you".

One of my neighbor's is a black Hebrew Israelite. He is a very nice man.
I'm not going to go through the whole thing. I have other things to work on, but regardless, mockery is not a good tool for evangelism.
