don't imagine for one minute you're going to understand prophecy without having a grasp of the entire Bible from beginning to end..

Read the gospels, Romans, Hebrews, Galatians and Ephesians - then read the whole OT from Genesis, looking for how it teaches about Christ through the events it records.

revelation and what else. can you say me it
Daniel 1-12; Revelation 1-22; Genesis 1-9; Matthew 24-25; Mark 13; Luke 21; Isaiah 1-66; Jeremiah 1-52; Ezekiel 1, 10 & 18-39; Exodus 1-20; Ezra 1-7; Esther 1-10; Nehemiah 1; Zephaniah 2; Zechariah 4 & 14; Joshua 1-6; Leviticus 16 & 23; 1 Thessalonians 4; 2 Thessalonians 2; Hebrews 8-10; 2 Peter 2; Acts 20:28-31; Malachi 3:1-4:6; Joel 1-3; Job 14; Psalms 37, 149. Not in that order.

Read Daniel with Revelation, especially see Daniel 7 with Revelation 13, combine Daniel 2, 7, 8, 9-12.
Read Daniel 8 with Leviticus 16.
Read Daniel 8-9 & 11 with Ezra 1-7; Esther 1-10.
Read Daniel 11 with Ezekiel 18-39; Jeremiah 1-52; Isaiah 1-66.
Read Revelation 8-11 & 15 with Joshua 1-6.
Read 1 Thessalonians 4 with Job 14.
Read Matthew 24-25; Mark 13 and Luke 21 with Revelation 6 and Joel 1-3.
Read Daniel 7 with Revelation 20.
Read Revelation with Leviticus 23.
Read Revelation with Hebrews 8-10.
Read Revelation 20 with 1 Thessalonians 4 & Zechariah 14 and Malachi 3:1-4:6; Psalms 37 & 149.
Read Revelation 11 with Zephaniah 2.
Read Acts 20:28-31 with 2 Thessalonians 2.
Read Genesis 1-9 with Exodus 1-20 with Revelation.

That will get you some understanding, so long as you pray for the Holy Spirit's direction each time you read.

There are some very interesting things to look for that establish a timeline for the mid tribulation point, and for the second coming of Jesus and the rapture.

Scriptures on the abomination of desolation/son of perdition establish the mid trib point wherever you see that. Daniel 9:27, Daniel 12:11, Matthew 24:15 , 2Thessalonians 2:3

The timeline for the second coming of Jesus is wherever it mentions The Day of the Lord, (the sun going dark and the moon black, or His coming in flaming fire with vengeance) which is simultaneous with the return of Jesus - the day of the Lord is not separate from His return.

An example: Matthew 24:15 - the AOD; 24:29 - the Day of the Lord; 24:30 - the second coming and gathering of His elect.

Luke 21:20 - the AOD; 21:25-26 - the Day of the Lord; 21:27 - the second coming of Christ

Zechariah 14:1 - the day of the Lord; 14:5 The second coming of Christ with the saints.

2Thessalonians 1:7-10 Jesus comes again with flaming fire and vengeance (The day of the Lord and the second coming of Christ). This establishes that the day of the Lord and the return of Christ are the same event.

2Thessalonians 2:1 - the coming of Christ and our being gathered together to be with Jesus; 2:2 and the Day of the Lord; 2:3-4 shall not precede (come before) the son of perdition (AOD) coming on the scene

There are 65 books in the Bible that come before the Revelation, but everyone wants to skip right to the end without studying what leads up to it
