Before sin entered the world everything created was good. Man and the animals were herbivorous. Then sin entered the world and man and animals became carnivorous.

Acts 11:5-10 reads:

Thanks for your replies. I have no reason at all not to trust my source. I am no expert on the Bible but from what i read not everyone would say that "meat" relates to flesh. Writing here because i am asking my spiritual contact if i should warn people against eating meat. The answer is yes.

If you are convicted about eating meat then by all means abstain from it. Got specifically says we can eat animals in the Bible. He did start with rules about what animals we can eat, mostly it was just accepted to eat animals with hooves that eat grass. After the flood of the book of Genesis, God allowed us to eat any and all animals.
