And though the scripture then pronounces woe to the earth and the sea because of Satan being cast down, and then tells how Satan went to war first against the woman, then against the rest of her seed who keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ, and though the scriptures throughout the New Testament repeatedly warn the saints regarding Satan's activity not only in the world but even in the church, yet you still claim Satan is bound.
