I actually bought some yesterday and sampled it last night on some crackers with ham and cherry tomatoes...
Oh my goodness gracious me... The texture is amazing so creamy... I think im hooked now

Yep! As I said, cannot beat Tassie cheese, that stuff is mouth watering, melt in the mouth, hits every single taste bud, delicious.
