Hebrews 11.6 says: "But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him."I think nonbelievers rejection of God is mostly due to ;
- they demand a specific type of scientific evidence
- they cannot resolve the "problem of evil" (epicurus paradox")

The point is non-believers chose to ignore the abundance of scientific evidence for an intelligent designer, and evil exists because of humans (not God). We are created with free will, and one choice available to us is to disobey God - thus evil. We live in a fallen universe, God will return and restore everything as promised - it's just a matter of faith and patience.
NB's insist on heaven like conditions here and NOW.
we live in a fallen universe? Never have liked this perspective much, tbh; A&E separated themselves from creation, and thus “fell,” but why do we say that all of creation is fallen?The point is non-believers chose to ignore the abundance of scientific evidence for an intelligent designer, and evil exists because of humans (not God). true worship is helping orphans and widows rightWhy would that creator find satisfaction in worship from lesser beings?
Yah is portrayed as condemning of us for no reason here, and i would encourage a different perspective fwiw; you ate from the tree of knowledge all by yourself, and thus separated yourself from One all by yourself, and i suggest that while Yah encourages and even “hopes” that we might overcome our…ego, basically, gardeners prune dead branches all the time, and Yah is not the benefactor of, nor does He desire “worship” in the sense of blind obeisanceAnd reciprocate with blessings given to his created humans whom he condemns first until or unless he leads them to be saved from the fate he's prescribed for those he doesn't lead to himself
ok well i suggest that “creation” is doing just fine, isnt fallen at all, and is just waiting for us to “get it”God created humans to experience an eternal life of love, joy, peace, and purpose by being good stewards of a perfect created Earth. God knew such was only possible if achieved by human consent (rather than forced), so we were created with free will. Unfortunately, humans chose to utilize their free will to disobey God .... resulting in a fallen Creation. God will ultimately restore his creation to perfection as promised.
Think of creation as a benevolent God simply spreading goodness in our universe. Don't get bogged down in the concept of eternal conscience torment (something I personally reject).
I have no idea what the bug church cartoon block is, but sounds interesting.
That seems to be true of my son. He can't get his head round creation in 7 days or the fact that 'God lets bad things happen to innocent people - specially kids'.I think nonbelievers rejection of God is mostly due to ;

@Pearl One thing which applies to everyone, whether or not it is admitted: the Lord showers daily mercies (Lamentations 3.23) on everyone.That seems to be true of my son. He can't get his head round creation in 7 days or the fact that 'God lets bad things happen to innocent people - specially kids'.
But people are too blind to see that those mercies and blessings come from God. Again my son is a prime example.@Pearl One thing which applies to everyone, whether or not it is admitted: the Lord showers daily mercies (Lamentations 3.23) on everyone.
Amen farouk.@Pearl May the Lord graciously answer your prayers on his behalf...
