All black and white to you? All fits in perfectly according to human logic? You already possess all of those ATs?

But then...

"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.
For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts." Isaiah 55:8-9

And even beyond then...

"For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known." I Cor 13:12

I do not believe that you, my friend, @reformed1689 have attained to the "face to face", no not yet...!
We can understand Scripture plainly. Your ideas are ridiculous and unbiblical. This is why I don't like talking to you. You have this pie in the sky fantasy world.

Is it wrong for me to assume you know that there are other scriptures concerning salvation in the Bible?
Or that there is a scripture that says only Romans 10:9 is valid?
No matter what other scriptures you read Romans 10:9 is not false. People debate the water baptism vs the Spiritual baptism and will continue to do so but Romans 10:9 is 100% true. The Holy Spirit does not lie.

Find the sculpture that says baptism is a sign.

Find a scripture that says baptism is not required for salvation.

Find the scripture that addresses this scenario. What if space aliens come and kidnaps you before you are baptized and say they can drop you off at heaven on their way out? See I can do that too. All we have are example of the urgency to get baptized as soon as possible and nothing to suggest baptism should be put off until next year. No scripture that says that baptism is optional.

Acts 2:38 Repent, and each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.....for the forgiveness of your sins....do you believe that you can be saved without getting your sins forgiven?
Nothing you say disqualifies Romans 10:9. If you do not like Romans 10:9 take it up with God.

The thief on the cross was not baptized. He went to Paradise. You cannot do anything beyond faith to earn your salvation.

They think God needs help in our salvation. The cross and our faith is not sufficient. We must perform rituals to finish God's plan. They need to execute some form of self-righteousness to help Christ out. Our works and ordinances are evidence of our salvation not requirements for salvation.

Well I would say most of the scriptures concerning salvation are true.

So why do you respond to my posts?

To you the ideas are perhaps ridiculous, but they are definitely not unbiblical. The Bible is the source of the flesh of Jesus to be quickened by the white Blood within...

No increase to you? Did not Jesus increase?

"And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man." Luke 2:52

Why aren't you increasing then? Have you considered that you may have lost your love of Truth? Have you caused God to set up a roadblock against you? Where is your faith? Where is your vision?

"Where there is no vision, the people perish..." Prov 29:18

There is a reason Paul uses Abraham as an example of faith. Abraham was before the law. The Jews then were still tangled up with the law as many works-based believers are today. Those who insist that water baptism and doing the hokie pokie are required for salvation need a chiropractor after attempting scripture gymnastics with the thief on the cross who went to paradise without getting wet.

Well again, where is this Paradise? You will be with me in Paradise....Do you think that Christ went to heaven after the cross, while he was buried? Before he was resurrected? Do you think the Bible says that? Whatever, if you are positioned next to a God on a cross it is a unique situation...and anything can happen. Either way I would not recommend being crucified as a means of salvation.

Throughout the Bible are scriptures directly answering the question of salvation and the centerpiece is faith (belief). Cornelius was saved and filled with the Holy Spirit before he got wet.

So when you are standing in front of Christ on judgement day and He asks you why you called Him Lord, Lord and did not do what He told you to do. Are you going to explain all this to Him? Maybe explain how wrong He and the Apostles were? If you believe in Christ you will do what He and Apostles told you to do.

Work-based believers is such an insult to the Word of God. You are told what to do for salvation and told to do good deeds for one another....Good deeds do not get you to heaven.....but according to the parable of the Sheep and the Goats, not doing them can get you to hell.

So give us a sermon on how Acts 2:38 is a lie. That you will still have any thing of Christ in you if you do not participate in the bread and wine ritual. You are working against the Word of God.

I'm with you, that would be a SUPER works-based attempt at Salvation. I think Christ first went to the prison 1 Peter 3:19 and then to Heaven in Spirit while his body was in the tomb. I think he went to Heaven to present himself to God the Father as the firstfruit. I don't think the thief was a carve-out. He believed.

Beliefs, Truths, Facts.....A lot of beliefs regarding this event....most are speculative..the truths are a little fussy....and no facts.

No matter how many times you add things to salvation Romans 10:9 is not false. Those who walk in the Spirit seek to please God in good works and obedience but those things are not bolt-on requirements for salvation. Do you wish to argue that Romans 10:9 is a lie and not true?

John the Baptist never saved anyone with water. Acts 19:1-5. Jesus never baptized anyone. Paul said he did not come to baptize. John the Baptist did say that Jesus would come to baptize in the Holy Spirit. The debate about water baptism will not end until the Rapture. I think water baptism and Communion are important but not for achieving salvation the same as circumcision is not necessary.

Romans 10:9 holds out hope for those who mourn, for those poor in spirit....those who are aware of their inadequacy and thirst for life giving water.

A true lamb knows that if JESUS said to do we do . We are saved by Faith In Christ by the grace of GOD .
So any lamb who is His will get baptized as well . Knowing full well that it is and was FAITH IN CHRIST that saved us .
We also have a huge number who may have professed His name and even did get baptized , and yet they KNOW HIM not .
Due to they still walk like the old man and justify sin rather repenting from said sin by the power of the grace of GOD which is in a lamb .
See true lambs are not hearers only . FOR GOD has HIS SPIRIT in them and it has them DOING the things Pleasing unto God .
BUT no doubt , YE ARE SAVED BY FAITH IN CHRIST . THAT ALONE is how one was saved .
Since we are on the subject of romans ten , Allow me to expose that all incluisve lie once again .
Notice it says one has to CONFESS JESUS BY ACTUAL MOUTH and to BELIEVE from the heart that GOD has rose HIM from the dead .
So how come we got this false love , this inclusive nightmare saying even buddists , mulisms and all will be saved
so long as they have this sensual lovey lovey and do good . SEE all inclusive is FALSE , its love is false , its unity is false .
WE must stand on the one and only true gospel .
