So that verse in the Bible is enough to go on? I wonder how it is possible to love something you only believe.

the Bible is the inerrant word of God. It is without error in all matters. So yea, if thats what it says, then thats all you need.
God is not a something. He is our Creator, our Heavenly Father. And as for loving Him, i recognize that His voice alone is enough to create the universe. And He gave us all life, both now and later, eternal. If you love your life, then you should love Him more for giving it to you.

Loving that which you believe will eventually cause a sensory psychotic break. Believing is primarily how schizophrenia is formed. I do know this for a fact, now I've passed the 2 year mark without any anti-psychotic medication.

But do people listen? No.

Why does a person need to love anyone? Consider the result for a person who loves no one.
I'm a bit iffy on the word "love" since it's used in this culture as a fix all and fit all Swiss Army knife.

So am I "iffy" on its usage. What I meant here by love has little to do sexual relations although that could be involved.

I guess a whole lot of people engage in sex of some kind but many of them never ever have really known what love is. For many of them, lust, would be a better word for them than love. My own definition of love to which I try to hold is scriptural:

"Love [Charity] suffereth long, and is kind; love [charity] envieth not; love [charity] vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,
Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;
Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth;
Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things." I Cor 13:4-7

I am unsure why you posted this. Did you have a question?

We are all so connected, but yet so far far away.

Isaiah 29:13
13The LORD says: "These people come near to me with their mouth and honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. Their worship of me is based on merely human rules they have been taught.

You Christian's must stop pretending that all of this you're believing about is a "relationship" I say because you don't reciprocate in any sense of the word.

You are an atheist, someone who doesn't believe God exists, so your statement is inconsistent.

How do you explain the energy required to create the Universe?
I am not an Atheist as of today's Atheism movement. I am Atheistic as in the traditional meaning towards not believing in a supernatural creator. I don't live a lifestyle in accordance with holding that view of God(s)

Can you understand the difference?
